Craigside Manor

It is a good experience to stay in Craigside mansor overall. It is located in the hill not far from the town center, and the beach. It would be a good hideaway in summer to enjoy the wind and sunshine. The room is clean and big, and the bed is really comfort.

Great hotel, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The booking website missed mentioning that we had a small dog with us, however, the nice lady at reception explained that to us. Instead of turning us down, she let us stay. Thank you

Stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be back. Room was spacious and clean, staff very friendly, location had fabulous views over Llandudno. Dined in the restaurant and food was well presented and tasty with bargain price on the set prix summer menu. 3 courses for £20! We walked over to the little Orme across the road for yet more stunning views. Only gripe was slow to check in as staff busy on the bar and shame that there was not a bus stop close to hotel although the kind bus driver did stop for us opposite when we had a night out in Llandudno.

I loved my stay in Craigside Manor. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I got checked in early into a lovely room with views of Little Orme down to the sea. Room 17 had everything I needed and is equipped with shower and bath. It has a fresh, contemporary feel. There is a sofa/bed too, perfect for looking at the views. I didn't use the TV during my stay. The housekeeping team are great and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is located for a nice walk down into Llandudno and up onto Little Orme. There is plenty of parking. WiFi drops in and out. I used the restaurant throughout my stay, and I am grateful to the team for making me feel welcome. The pub food menu fresh and tasty - get the ale pie. The outdoor areas are lovely, and you get great views of the sunsets in the bay. Thank you to the barman for making my "off menu" cocktail and to Laura for helping with the till ! I'm especially grateful to Jay, Gary and Shaun for helping me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

I picked this purposefully to be on outskirts of town so I had a decent walk in and out each day. This hotel has ample parking and great situation. Room (no.15) was pretty good, comfy bed and clean enough, but there was an issue with toilet roll holder which shredded all paper when trying to extract - what’s wrong with a standard toilet roll?! Some rubbish outside residents entrance in bins that hadn’t been emptied but inside in bar / restaurant was nice. My brekkie was poor (soggy scrambled egg) but evening meal was decent (can’t go wrong with a burger). All in all it was fine, I would stay again at a push but would prob try and find somewhere else tbh.

We stay in Llandudno all the time and Craigside manor is the best sleep we have had fantastic comfy beds. 5 star service from all the staff especially the very welcoming Alex serving in the restaurant we really could falt anything
