It is a good experience to stay in Craigside mansor overall.
It is located in the hill not far from the town center, and the beach. It would be a good hideaway in summer to enjoy the wind and sunshine.
The room is clean and big, and the bed is really comfort.

Great hotel, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The booking website missed mentioning that we had a small dog with us, however, the nice lady at reception explained that to us. Instead of turning us down, she let us stay. Thank you

Stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be back. Room was spacious and clean, staff very friendly, location had fabulous views over Llandudno. Dined in the restaurant and food was well presented and tasty with bargain price on the set prix summer menu. 3 courses for £20! We walked over to the little Orme across the road for yet more stunning views. Only gripe was slow to check in as staff busy on the bar and shame that there was not a bus stop close to hotel although the kind bus driver did stop for us opposite when we had a night out in Llandudno.

I loved my stay in Craigside Manor. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I got checked in early into a lovely room with views of Little Orme down to the sea. Room 17 had everything I needed and is equipped with shower and bath. It has a fresh, contemporary feel. There is a sofa/bed too, perfect for looking at the views. I didn't use the TV during my stay. The housekeeping team are great and the hotel is very clean. The hotel is located for a nice walk down into Llandudno and up onto Little Orme. There is plenty of parking. WiFi drops in and out. I used the restaurant throughout my stay, and I am grateful to the team for making me feel welcome. The pub food menu fresh and tasty - get the ale pie. The outdoor areas are lovely, and you get great views of the sunsets in the bay. Thank you to the barman for making my "off menu" cocktail and to Laura for helping with the till ! I'm especially grateful to Jay, Gary and Shaun for helping me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

We stay in Llandudno all the time and Craigside manor is the best sleep we have had fantastic comfy beds. 5 star service from all the staff especially the very welcoming Alex serving in the restaurant we really could falt anything

Loved the location of the hotel great views to the bay and of the little Orme and Cragside. The view from the room was also very good. Easy parking at the hotel and well situated. All the staff were absolutely first class. Friendly, welcoming and great service throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Great choice of JW Lees Ales and craft beer on offer and a very good wine list. The bar staff were also very friendly and great service once again. Had a very good meal for Dinner in the restaurant with a view. Delicious food all served piping hot. My Wife and I Had starters main and dessert all perfect and delicious. We equally enjoyed our breakfast with a very good selection and options on offer. We really enjoyed our stay at Craigside. One of the highlights of our weekend in Wales. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Llandudno.

This is our second visit to The Craigside Manor since it reopened and very impressed once again with the service from Tara she's awesome! Went with the set menu which we all enjoyed as such great value and love the choice of JW Lees ale's so I highly recommend
