"I really regret choosing such a hotel. The room note said high floor, but I was assigned to the 6th floor. When I got to the room door, there was a waiter inside. There was hair on both beds as soon as I entered the room, and the sheets were torn. My colleague next door had a body odor in his room. We gave feedback to the front desk, and they changed our room to the 8th floor. We requested a high floor at the beginning, and we can only be accommodated on it after receiving feedback from the room. The front desk informed me that I could go to the changed room, and when I arrived at the new floor, the room attendant asked me to go into a room that they had just shown someone else. This room was not the room number the front desk informed me of. The room attendant repeatedly asked me to stay in this room, but I insisted on staying in the room number the front desk informed me of. Moreover, it was obvious that the bed in that room had been moved by someone and had not been restored yet. The room attendant kept mumbling something, and I had no idea what he meant. We gave feedback to Ctrip and they asked their manager on duty to come and apologize to us, and suggested changing rooms if we were not satisfied. We had already been running around for a whole day and really didn't want to go through the trouble anymore. No one wants to keep changing rooms when staying in a hotel. One more thing to mention, the hotel breakfast is terrible. Although it is included in the room rate, there are few varieties and the taste is bad!"
