The hotel is a grand conversion of an entire ancient village, built into the mountainside with spectacular views. It's incredibly quiet at night, and you feel like you can almost touch the moon, with dazzling stars above. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff is top-notch. The two lovely young ladies at the front desk patiently answered all my questions about my hike through the ancient village, which was incredibly heartwarming – a true beacon of warmth in the deep mountains. Definitely a place worth staying again! 👍"

"The loft was nice, and the kids were happy. However, the smart speaker was a bit clunky; it could only turn all the lights on or off, not just the bathroom or hallway lights. You had to manually adjust it, and because it's a loft, you had to go downstairs to turn it on and then use your phone's flashlight to find your way back upstairs. Also, the air conditioner vents were directed upwards, and the layout caused hot air to accumulate on the upper floor, preventing airflow between them. So, people upstairs were stuffy and hot, while those downstairs were freezing. The breakfast experience was poor; the older gentleman kept complaining about how busy it was during the Spring Festival. His complaints lasted from around 7 am to past 9 am, he was constantly grumbling."

My friend was confused and asked if there was one breakfast for two rooms. He showed the booking information. The front desk staff said there was only one breakfast. If there was no breakfast, just say it directly. Why did Ctrip say there was? The hotel said there was no breakfast."
