The location is very good, right in Yintai, and it is convenient to go anywhere in the city. The river view is indeed quite open and comfortable. Very dissatisfied with the service: 1. First of all, the attitude of the front desk was not very good when checking in. I said that I would try not to arrange a room at the two ends, and she directly said ”the second to last room, there are no other rooms.” 2. Then I stayed for three nights, and there was no overnight room for one night. 3. When cleaning the next day, they took away a white towel that looked very similar to the hotel towel, and the body lotion was not replenished. Note that it was not replenished for three nights! 4. After returning on the second night, the room was empty even for toilet paper. I still called the front desk to ask for two more boxes. I really don’t understand that such basic needs require guests to ask for them themselves. 5. There is no kids club at all. There are only a few stools and beds in the room. It is messy and there are no staff. 6. In addition, the room smells really bad. Every place has a strong smell, especially the cabinet whose door cannot be opened at all. Theoretically, it has been open for quite a long time, but I don’t know why there is still such a strong decoration smell.
