The B&B is located at the highest point of the mountain. It happened to rain during the two days of the trip. I thought I would be able to see the sea of ​​clouds the next day, but it turned out to be foggy when I woke up early. But I was not disappointed. Chenjiapu has a unique flavor when it rains, and the view from the room is great. It's the best. It's a refreshing day hiding in the mountains away from the city's atmosphere. If you like a different Chenjiapu, don’t complain about the bad weather, enjoy the moment, wear a jacket and get wet in the rain, at that moment freedom reaches its peak. Another thing to mention is that the boss was so nice. He introduced us to the village when he arrived late that day, called us in advance to ask what time we would arrive, and even helped us carry our luggage. Although it was only a day trip, it gave me the best feeling! I think I will definitely come back next time, and I must come to catch the sea of ​​clouds!

The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making the stay far more comfortable than I anticipated. What truly stood out was the hotel's warm and attentive service. The butler was incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful, offering excellent advice for our scenic spot itinerary. The breakfast was also wonderfully varied and delicious! The room overlooked a small river with lush greenery all around, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also super convenient; nothing felt far away!

A newly opened homestay is very convenient to take the ropeway to the scenic spot near the visitor center. The owner of the homestay is very welcoming, the room is very clean, much better than the homestay in the impression, sleep very comfortable, stay for one more night, recommend staying.

For the homestay, I can choose to live in the county seat. The blind selection of the whole season will definitely not go wrong. There are many parking spaces at the front entrance of the hotel (there are also underground parking spaces, but the front desk said that the environmental relationship may not be suitable for parking). I arrived at the hotel at 2 pm on weekdays. There were still many parking spaces. I picked a comfortable seat for my little leopard to park. Soon after the check-in~ The room was super cool. It turned out that the waiter had inserted the room card in advance with a room temperature of 16° (the sun was hot in the afternoon), and I needed to give a big praise. Room facilities and services are the standard of Huazhu, which makes people feel at ease and comfortable. There are several breakfast shops around, soy milk buns are made by the owner, we did not choose the hotel breakfast, packed 2 breakfasts with our own hand coffee~ The vitality began to drop a day. Next time I come to ”Anlingrong” hometown, I still have to live in the whole season!

The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty). Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

I recommend everyone to stay at ”Ark on the Clouds Holiday Home”. You can watch the sunrise and sea of ​​clouds while lying on the bed, and you can see the panoramic view of the terraced fields when you walk to the balcony. The store manager Lele is beautiful, friendly, and very nice. She helps take care of my baby. The baby likes Aunt Lele very much, and my mother also likes Aunt Lele very much. We agreed to come to ”Ark” again when the baby can walk by himself, grows up a little, and understands more. I went to Songyang with my dog ​​and stayed at Yunshang Pingtian. It was a very good experience. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and nice. He helped us upgrade to a suite. I liked it very much. The most direct impact was that I decided to stay one more night on the spur of the moment and experienced the loft upstairs and downstairs. The location of the B&B is very good. I heard that it is the earliest B&B. It is not in the scenic area, the mountain road is easier to drive, parking is convenient, the layout is very literary, the environment is very quiet, suitable for slow life! The breakfast is very good, especially the corn and sweet potatoes, it is so delicious! It is not as far as Songzhuang Village, and it is not as congested as Chenjiapu Village and Yangjiatang Village. But it is very close to Chenjiapu Village, and it is only a 20-minute drive to the old town. It is very pet-friendly. You can go to the restaurant and Grandpa's coffee shop with us. There are kittens in the store, which makes the dog excited! Recommended!

We loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!
