🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs is the perfect place to relax.

Cleanliness - 5/5 - Hotel was spotlessly clean. Location - 3/5 - The hotel is a bit out of the way but this is a destination hotel, the hotel itself is the attraction so for one night this worked for us. Service - 5/5 - The staff were amazing and very friendly! The staff at the hot spring and at the buffet were very helpful and friendly! Amenities - 5/5 - When we checked in we were given a free cookie as a welcome and the staff upgraded our room which was really kind. The hot spring was really nice and the swimming pool was so big! It was the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen. Some of the hot springs are under maintenance but 4 were open for us and we had them mostly to ourselves. Finally, the breakfast was massive offering such a diverse selection of foods including many local dishes.

Front desk - 小唐 was so helpful during my stay and constantly checking in with me to ensure I had all the help I needed. Room was clean and absolutely love the balcony. Location is slightly off from the main attractions but you get your peace. But walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors going in and out of their rooms and their loud chatter at the corridor.

Overall great but there was strong smoking smell in non smoking room. Located in a quite place which is great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, the staff made everything pleasant. From the concierge, Jerry, who helped us downloading apps for our phone to Cindy in the Breakfast restaurant who went out of her way to spoil us with a parting gift of Baggett and cheese, all were smiling, willing to help and always happy! I wish Hilton would allow the inroom units A/C to cool lowerer than 23c but that must be a corporate decision as techs even checked our unit and the front desk offered us another room which we declined. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was the staff that will have us return! Great job everyone!

We recently stayed at Hilton Doubletree Lingshui, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful! The property is beautiful, with stunning views and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. A special shoutout to Jerry, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was assisting with our requests or offering helpful suggestions, Jerry’s service was truly exceptional. He made our stay memorable, and we are so grateful for his outstanding assistance! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning!

Generally good, quiet environment with nice bbq beside the pool.

Clean hotel and excellent service in general. We particularly enjoyed the hot spring experience. Great breakfast with lots of variety to satisfy every guest taste. However I would not recommend anyone guest to take its picture taken by the hotel. We had a horrible experience with the staff in charge of taking pictures. He was extremely disrespectful and insulting. At the end we took our own pictures and did not use that service.

This was a wonderful vacation, and my family and I all loved it here.There are hot springs, a beautiful swimming pool, The cookies are delicious.Hope the hotel will offer buffet dinner.By the way thank you for GSM Jerry,He is a very friendly gay,He helps us a lot,we became very good friends.❤️❤️❤️

Very good services provided by front desk staff Arthur 唐慧 and restaurant manager Cindy. We enjoyed our two days stay at the hotel especially the hot spring pools and indoor swimming pool. Should we have opportunity to return to Lingshui again, we will definitely consider Double Tree by Hilton as our choice of stay again.

We stayed second time in this hotel for this vacation because it is good service and very good hot springs. Rooms are Morden and good breakfast.

Great place, very good staff. Delicious dishes. Hot springs are relaxing. I like everything.

Overall is a good hotel. Is clean, nice rooms, big swimming pool. Downsides are everything at the hotel is very expensive like rent swimming pool stuff, eat, buy coffee. Also is located far way from supermarkets and restaurants so you need take taxi every time when you head out for dinner. We experience everything seems 10-20% more expensive such as taxi, food, renting, beverages in Lingshui then Sanya for example.
