"We booked two double rooms and one standard room. The staff were very welcoming, helping with our luggage from the first floor. The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor, and the front desk staff were also very helpful in changing rooms and checking us in. Free parking is available. The eighth-floor reception desk connects directly to a large shopping mall next door, which is very convenient for families with children. The rooms were spacious, the furniture was new, the air conditioning was powerful, and the breakfast was plentiful. We stayed for two days and took several showers, but the hot water temperature was sometimes inconsistent. The gym is suitable for beginners with simple workouts, but not enough for experienced users; you'll need to find a nearby gym."

"The overall cost performance of the Four Seasons Hotel is still as high as before. The beds are soft and comfortable, the environment is elegant, the room is quiet like a library, the hygiene is clean, and the service attitude is good. All hotel staff will say hello to the guests when they see them. The attitude is excellent, making people feel at home. The hotel lobby is equipped with free fruit biscuits and candies, and several homemade hot drinks are attentive. The catering around the hotel is also very good, and the pick-up service is super good. When you get out of the station, there will be staff with smiling faces. Politely greet and help with luggage. The shuttle bus is also the environmentally friendly and energy-saving BYD new energy pure electric car that I like. The vehicle is clean and tidy. It is really worth the money, comparable to high-end star hotels. It is very close to the high-speed rail and highway. Next time I come, I will choose this Four Seasons Hotel. I strongly recommend this Four Seasons Hotel"

"The room is fully equipped and convenient to use, and the hygiene is also very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We stayed in room 710, which was very big and comfortable. The only drawback is that after staying there for 2 days, the room smelled of cooking fumes starting from 5 or 6 in the morning. Fortunately, there was an air purifier in the room. The staff offered to change rooms for us, but we refused because we were afraid of the hassle."

"Both pillows in the room were silk floss; there were no memory foam or buckwheat pillows, no firm ones! The hotel didn't provide children's toothbrushes! The most infuriating thing was traveling during the ***** New Year. When we came down for breakfast at 8 am, there was practically no food left; we could only cook instant noodles. When we asked the staff, they just said that everyone eats breakfast at the hotel during the ***** New Year, so the food preparation was limited. I want to ask the hotel: knowing this would happen during the ***** New Year, why didn't they make reasonable arrangements based on the number of guests?! Do they only book hotels and not provide breakfast? We might be hoping to eat out, but since the 9 am booking included breakfast, they should have estimated the number of guests who booked breakfast and arranged enough breakfast for them."

An owner who enjoys motorcycles and plays piano and guitar can't be too bad (the smart toilet even comes with disposable toilet seat covers; hopefully, they'll use waterproof ones next time. Also, the smart toilet is so smart it keeps turning on by itself)."

Overall, the experience was excellent. Because my itinerary in Linfen was very rushed, they even packed breakfast for me in the morning (so amazing!)."

"If it weren't for its proximity, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. I spent almost 200 yuan and received terrible service. The front desk didn't check the room key or scan it, and I had to run back and forth endlessly. They were also dishonest, lying and not telling the truth. When I went back to the hotel in the middle of the night to retrieve my pre-stored room key, I couldn't find anyone at the front desk. I shouted at the top of my lungs in the middle of the night, but there was no response. Later, I found the woman there was sound asleep in the locker room. Even though we were less than a meter apart, I couldn't wake her. I'm speechless. I came out groggily and couldn't find my room key. It took five minutes to scan it?! Why would such a big hotel have a new employee working the night shift alone? How were they trained? The experience was extremely poor."
