"I chose Manxin Hotel for my one-night stay in Linfen, mainly because they offer a family room with one large and one small bed. The front desk and staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate and some small snacks. The room was also very clean. The only minor drawback was that despite being called a 'deluxe family room,' the space was quite small. Besides a small round table and a narrow strip in front of the TV, there was no other place to put our belongings, making it a bit cramped for three people to move around. Additionally, the air conditioning airflow in the room was very strong, making the areas near the windows extremely cold. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, and I enjoyed the beef meatball noodles. Overall, I still recommend it!"

Check-in not only sent a fruit plate, but also sent a sun hat and pinch fun to see the children. The introduction of the room tour book was very detailed, helping us avoid many pits. The hotel has its own open-air lawn, with outdoor leisure seats, Roman umbrellas, sitting in the evening to enjoy the sunset, the atmosphere is directly full. At night, go around for dinner, the night view is even more amazing, the children enjoy playing, and they don't want to leave. Cost-effective and experience are both online, it is recommended!"

The lobby also features complimentary massage chairs and game consoles for guests, and you can play billiards and ping-pong on the first basement floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very close to Gulou and Wanda Plaza, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Most importantly, the front desk service was excellent and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable during my stay."

"The parking was quite a distance from the accommodation, which was very inconvenient. There was a power outage on the day of check-in. It was incredibly noisy at night; the room had absolutely no soundproofing. The main road outside was noisy, the windows and downstairs were noisy, and the people playing games outside the hallway were even noisier. I couldn't sleep all night because of the constant yelling. I checked out at 5 AM the next morning and ran away! It's terrible; if you're going to pay money and suffer, run!"

The bottled water in the corridor, the free flower tea bags at the front desk, the small cans of tea for the guest rooms, and the free fruits and snacks all reflect the care of the operator. I like the small can of black tea very much. I called to order another one, but was told that it would cost extra, which I think is normal. However, the operator specifically asked if he could take the unused small can of green tea and exchange it for a black tea, so that no extra charge would be charged. This kind of proactive service awareness is really rare and very service-minded."
