"The room was clean and tidy, with excellent sanitation. 👍The hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, so you can walk there without taking a taxi! The hotel service was also excellent. The front desk staff was very dedicated and professional, and there was free coffee in the lobby!"

"Location: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me."

"When I came to Linfen for a trip with my lover, I saw this hotel was newly opened when I was screening hotels online, so I placed an order! Overall, I am very satisfied. The front desk manager, Guo Tongtong, provides very thoughtful service and answers all my questions. There is also a laundry room which is very convenient. The hotel is located in a new commercial center with convenient transportation and parking. The breakfast is also good. There is a local delicacy beef meatball noodles next to it. The hotel recommends chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast. The room overlooks the Fen River, which has a nice view at night. The room is elegantly decorated and meets the hotel's star standards. I will book here again next time I have the chance."

"A very satisfying stay. Linfen West Station is a 2-kilometer drive away, and the hotel offers a free pick-up service before 8 PM. Be sure to book in advance. As a mid-range to high-end Huazhu Club hotel, unlimited drinking water is essential. The front desk lady who checked me in on the evening of August 22nd was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The following are the hotel's strengths: 1. Very quiet. Although facing the street, there's virtually no noise. Even with the lights off, the refrigerator and air conditioner are silent, creating a perfect sleeping environment. 2. The shower has ample water pressure, allowing me to use the sink without affecting the water temperature or pressure. 3. The restaurant is clean, especially the door, which opens with a sense of ceremony. Children's breakfast: Free. Even if my child stays in a king-size room, we can share breakfast with three children."

"Staying at the Royalton Hotel Linfen Gulou North Street was an amazing experience! Upon entering the hotel, a friendly and professional male staff member checked me in quickly. The room was well-planned, spacious and comfortable, with a generously sized twin bed and soft, soft bedding, which provided a wonderful night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner being spotlessly clean. I especially want to praise the dining area! The restaurant was immaculately clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. The restaurant was clean and bright, with neatly arranged tableware. The waitstaff was always available, promptly refilling dishes and clearing plates, and their friendly attitude was very comfortable. Checking out was also very convenient, giving the overall experience a perfect score! I'll stay here again when I'm in Linfen and will recommend it to friends!"

"I stayed for 3 nights and the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It's located in the podium building of Wanda Community. The facilities are new, clean, and the service is excellent. There's a neighborhood supermarket right at the main entrance. It's convenient for shopping, dining, and parking! Laundry is free. The restaurant isn't very large and can get a bit crowded when there are a lot of people, but the dishes are well-balanced, and there's a wide variety, with different options every day. Highly recommended!"

"A very pleasant stay. The front desk checked in professionally and quickly. Thank you for the room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean, with complete facilities and a large shower room. The snacks given by the hotel were thoughtful. They were used to fill my stomach when I was hungry outside. I found that they tasted very good, especially the nuts in the daily nuts were very fresh, which was a pleasant surprise. The room service staff was polite and responsible. When I returned to the room tired from going out, I saw that she thoughtfully placed a foot bath bucket next to the sofa. I soaked for half an hour to relieve the fatigue of going out and felt warm. "The breakfast is great👍👍The room is new and warm, with an electric heated toilet, lights and curtains controlled by Xiaodu, and our two bottles of water were not enough, so the aunt brought us 6 more bottles. We filled our car with windshield washer fluid in the parking lot, and the parking lot attendant took the initiative to help us and took away the garbage (plastic bottles). Overall service 👍👍"
