因為到麗江的時候預先訂的酒店不怎麼好所以臨時在附近訂了這家，我是離開酒店之後看了眼訂單才發現我定的是包含早餐的，可是從辦理入住到走也沒有任何一個人給我們説過有早餐，更沒有什麼早餐券，提都沒提，合著顧客沒發現就不提供唄，其次，房間不打掃衞生，並且衞生很差，晚上比較累就沒注意床單和枕套，第二天睡醒發現床單和枕套都有污漬，但是第二天一早我有拍攝很早就出門了，想着等晚上回來應該就換掉了，會收拾乾淨，結果並沒有，我第一次住酒店或者客棧所謂的打掃衞生衹是幫你鋪了個床？！剩下什麼都沒換，衞生間連馬桶也沒打掃，我真的驚呆了，而且馬桶半夜會自己突然開蓋合蓋很多次，半夜突然有聲音還是挺嚇人的，還有就是房間的地暖不允許行李箱平鋪，因為會燒壞，衹能放在門口沒有地暖的位置，不過這相對來説都是小問題，床頭衹有一側有充電插口，另一個人要充電就衹能在靠窗的插電口放桌子上充電，淋浴間的地漏下水很慢，洗澡還得泡個腳，淋浴頭衹能偏向一側，洗澡衹能手持，問題真的太多了，而且從住完這個客棧開始我和家人身上都出現了不同程度的紅疹和過敏，真的很絕望，我在外基本不願意給任何服務行業差評，但這次真的接受不了，大家謹慎選擇。

非常滿意的一次入住，因為是很晚的航班，老闆特意等我們到凌晨2點，還提前給我們開了地暖！早上又準備了豐盛的早餐，房間很舒服，院子很好看，站在三樓就直接可以看到雪山，真心希望老闆生意興隆，也希望大家可以和我一樣感受到雲南人的好客善良
