Fantastic view of the Lijang Old Town. Best service ever. First, when I arrived at Lijang by train, they assigned one to pick me up at the station. The hotel is located in the old town, so no cars can get in, so you have to walk about 200 meters from the gate to the hotel. However, they helped me carry my luggage all the way from the gate to the hotel.
The view from the dining area was superb with the panoramic view of the old town!

This hotel provides very good service to my family. Mr. Shangri-la and his colleagues keep our stay pleasant and very helpful. He helped to arrange for a private charted car to Yulong Snow Mountain and to Shangri-la without any hassles from my end. He also recommended us to Yuhu village, which I enjoyed the scenery there. Breakfast is good with a wonderful view.

📍 絕佳環境與視野： 酒店的位置很好，需要上一段小坡，但正因為如此，獲得了俯瞰整個麗江古城的無敵視野。無論是在房間的陽台，還是在酒店的公共區域，都能將古城的全貌和遠山的景色盡收眼底，尤其傍晚時分，景色美得讓人沉醉。
🏠 設施新凈，住宿體驗極佳：
· 衞生乾淨： 酒店整體非常乾淨整潔，房間和公共區域都維護得很好，住着很放心。
· 地暖空調給力： 麗江早晚温差大，但房間裏的地暖和空調效果都非常好，制熱很快，晚上睡覺特別舒服。
· 洗護用品優質： 值得一提的是，酒店的洗護用品品質很好，不是那種廉價的瓶裝貨，用了之後頭髮和皮膚都很舒服，細節見品質。
· 房間安靜： 雖然就在古城中，但酒店環境十分安靜，保證了高質量的睡眠。

· 老闆會親自幫忙搬運行李，對於帶着行李箱走石板路的遊客來説，這簡直是雪中送炭。
· 他會主動詢問我們的行程，並給出很中肯的遊玩和美食建議。
· 入住前就提前溝通了到達和離開的時間，併為我們安排好了接送車輛，省去了我們自己找車的麻煩，非常省心。
總而言之，這次入住體驗幾乎無可挑剔，從硬件設施到軟性服務都感受到了酒店的用心。如果下次再來麗江，我一定還會選擇柏樂朗酒店，並且會推薦給朋友們！

臨時起意入住這間民宿，卻收穫了意料之外的驚喜。老闆沉默少言，做事踏實，一副文人模樣，卻毫不費力地拎起兩衹沉重行李箱，領我們快步上下山階。老闆娘熱情大方，談吐親切，抬眼間有點像辛芷蕾。老宅原址是清代舉人的故居，如今改建為融合納西風韻的仿古建築。氣派中藏着細膩，大氣裏透着温潤。一進門，便見小巧庭院與下沉式皮沙發相映成趣，閲讀室書香靜謐，捧着書坐在門邊的鞦韆上，晃晃悠悠，估計是很愜意的事，可惜時間關係，未曾體驗。
我們住的房間寬敞通透，擁有獨立的泡茶區與私密露台，自帶獨立泡澡池。站在欄邊，整個麗江古城與遠處雪山盡收眼底，衹需抬眼，麗江古城的層疊屋瓦與遠方的巍峨雪山便一併湧入眼簾。這景緻有種讓人安靜下來的魔力，一坐下，便再不願起身。夜晚古鎮的燈火和喧囂甦醒，在露台上，歡樂聲清晰可聞，是觸手可及的人間煙火，但關上露台門，世界便瞬間靜謐，抬手間，熱鬧和安寧皆可擁有。
雖因行程錯過餐廳的下午茶，但從他人分享的照片裏，能窺見那份閑適與美好。餐廳那麪巨大的觀景窗如同一幅流動的畫卷，無論倚在窗邊的沙發，還是步入觀景陽台，古鎮的日升月落與雪山的四季流轉皆在眼前鋪陳，日夜皆成畫卷。
真心推薦於此小住，給每一個想在麗江慢下來的人，它將定義你心中麗江的模樣。

房間在一樓但是很安靜，小院子衹有10個房間，淡季人不多，洗漱用品也還不錯但是是大瓶裝，有水果和下午茶。早餐精緻，雞湯米線好吃，原湯不加調料最好吃退房的時候有送手工香皂。
特別要説的是我們帶小月齡孩子，做早餐的小姐姐第二天早上特別幫我們煮了小米粥喂孩子，非常感謝。上午孩子睡覺還特地下午才來打掃換洗。
房間有泡池，準備了浴鹽和一次性泡澡袋，這個天氣泡一下還是很愜意的。
提一點小建議：房間是無主燈設計射燈比較亮，沒有夜燈和燈帶，泡池旁邊有一個花壇種了一棵樹，泥土裸露，泡澡時總感覺沒那麼美觀。公區沙發很大小朋友很喜歡在裏面玩，就是皮質天氣冷了很冰。
