一群人出行，訂這個別墅非常之好，就好像在家裏一樣，我們需要洗衣服但不夠地方曬，第二天客房人員知道後，主動提供晾衣架給我們並幫我們把衣服晾起，這是我們遊玩完一天之後回到酒店發現的，酒店人員服務非常好，主動有禮熱情！下次再去，會繼續入住，這間酒店非常推薦大家！！

服務與設施令人失望入住體驗極差，服務人員態度冷漠，響應緩慢。房間設施不齊全，衞生狀況堪憂。早餐與宣傳圖片相差甚遠，品種單一，質量差。酒店位置不便，交通不便利。整體而言，這次住宿體驗非常不舒服，不符合酒店的宣傳和價格。

第一次帶着媽媽和寶寶來麗江旅遊，我們最開始選擇了麗江古城那邊的酒店，晚上很吵，而且隔音很差。第二天臨時找了這個酒店，看圖片以為是一個平層2室一廳的，到了以後，發現是一個小別墅，一樓是客廳二樓是卧室，而且兩個卧室都有浴缸。房間也很乾凈，很滿意，周圍綠化也很好，也不吵。然後服務也很好，應該説特別好，辦入住的時候就加了管家小顧的微信，缺什麼或者有什麼問題，他都及時回覆並解決，而且每天早上還提醒我們去吃早飯，人也很有禮貌。這是一家不踩雷的酒店～

類似酒店式公寓房間，離主城稍遠，適合來麗江多次的客人入住，對於大研古城逛街需求不高的客人～小區很大，還好有電瓶車來回接送，早餐種類還是可以的～

最糟糕的一次入住，半理入住很不流暢，基本沒有什麼服務，全的自己來，本來就很累，還得等半天。房間照片就是照騙，出門很不方便，叫個管家等半天，攜程早餐圖片宣傳很豐盛，結果完全不是這樣，非常糟糕，品種又少。最糟糕的一次住宿體驗

酒店環境好，綠植多，房間大且乾淨，設施齊全且現代化，床鋪舒適，周邊安靜，私隱性強，在一整天的行程後能得以充分的休息。員工們非常熱情，尤其是小顧主動聯繫安排接站服務。下午茶也不錯。
