Good price for a short simple stay. It is around 15min walk to the ancient town. All the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes them special. Breakfast is on the 5th floor and it’s not bad. Only thing to take note is you have to climb the stairs up, and there’s no soundproofing for the room. Hope to see their new hotel next.

This homestay is located approx 8 mins walk from the Lijiang 古镇, though a little far but the service and the staff at the homestay made it an excellent choice to stay in. They had a rooftop level for enjoying breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snack while facing the snow mountain. Service is impeccable and you really feel warmth and care throughout the stay. View from my room was superb too! When they know I had to go out early the next day and can't have breakfast, they even made sure to pack some food for me to have on my day tour out. I left the place with my heart full and feeling so cared for. I'll definitely come back to stay at this homestay if I'm back in Lijiang!

This hotel its really feels like im staying at home. All the staff is very kind and helpful even though we have barrier communication.
And also dont worry about no lift, all the staff is happy to help out with the belongings.
All the breakfast, afternoon tea and dining is must try.
The also give us the gift when check out.
Will coming back to this hotel next time if we go back to Lijiang.

This hotel is conveniently situated near Lijiang Old Town, with several restaurants and a convenience store just down the street. The staff is exceptionally friendly, offering a warm greeting whenever you cross paths. On clear days, you can take in the stunning mountain scenery from the rooftop.
A daily highlight is the complimentary afternoon tea. Each evening, the staff hosts a demonstration on how to make traditional ******* butter tea, which is a wonderful cultural experience.
As an added bonus, the hotel is home to two adorable mascots—a cat and a dog—who you're likely to meet during your stay.

In this Kunming trip, I stay 5 hotels. You are the best service. I don't have any bad camment or missing point. But i give you compliment below.
1. After arrived, I cannot find the hotel but staff came out to pick up immediately.
2. Staff help me to pick up luggage
3. Staff try to communicate with translater mobile is very good.
4. Staff ready to welcome everytime.
5. Thank you for small gift after checkout.
For suggestion, please keep service level as you did.

Our family of nine had the most incredible stay here. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The highlight was definitely waking up to the stunning mountain views each morning — absolutely unforgettable. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic and serene getaway!

This was our 2nd out of two stays at Nazhu Sky. Not to repeat my first review but the staff were the most helpful of any hotel we stayed at. They helped us arrange airport pickup, free tea tastings, restaurant and activity recommendations and more. There is also a cute cat and puppy at the hotel which made our stay more enjoyable!
