非常不錯的入住體驗，管家熱心又貼心，還給免費升級了房間，按摩池對爬山累了的腿超級友好。就是晚餐上菜真挺慢的，而且特色菜不夠驚艷，不功不過吧，希望能更完善些。

山景房，環境，服務都很到位，因為到房間需要坐個電瓶車，一開始會覺得不太方便，但是酒店貼心的連外賣都派人給從前台送到房間，這個好評。
酒店的位置在麗江偏北，可以步行到束河古鎮，離大研古城有20分鐘車程，得看你主要想去哪。也是因為偏北，可以直接看到雪山（應該是玉龍雪山）
稍微有點遺憾的是夏天玉龍雪山的雪偏少，孩子想看日照金山，連續兩天特別早起都沒看到理想的結果。

設施比較老舊，環境優美清凈，服務較好，特別是Hellen Gu很貼心，楊玉夥小哥哥面對突**況處理的非常好。不足之處：客房服務有待加強，比如肥皂、護髮素用完後未能及時添加更換。泡湯、躺椅建議配備遮陽傘。

小孩子喜歡泡温泉的池子，但白天比較曬，如果每個院子配置一個遮陽傘就更好了，大人喜歡院子裏面的喝茶桌，abby管家幫忙申請了延遲退房挺好的

第二次來雲南，第一次住悦榕莊，三天兩晚的感受非常好。從開始辦理入住管家小伊就開始了貼心的服務，從酒店簡介到麗江旅遊攻略，從每日天氣預報到各種温馨提示，是我住過酒店加過微信的管家中最認真的一位，贊。
麗江悦榕莊雖然有了一定時間，硬件上不是很新，但是這種獨立院落的感覺真的非常適合度假，感覺回到酒店也是在景點的一種狀態。
餐廳早餐豐富，工作人員服務熱情，相比國內居住過同價位的其他酒店，這次悦榕莊的綜合體驗是最好的。
