Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

Traveling with friends, we booked a villa suite for two nights. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt the warmth of home. The concierge-style service was excellent, and the bell staff brought our luggage to the spacious and quiet room. A special shout-out to the front desk sister; her service was very good and enthusiastic, and she even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the rice noodles were delicious. However, the soy milk was made from powder; freshly ground soy milk would have been much better. While we were generally satisfied, I must seriously point out that for such a high-end and elegant hotel, the mattresses in the room are too old and significantly impact the quality. They are severely sunken, and after just one night, all of us were experiencing body aches. I strongly recommend replacing the mattresses. If I were to rate the facilities, the mattresses would only get one point!

The Pullman Lijiang is absolutely stunning! Its Naxi-style architecture is nestled within beautiful gardens, and you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your window. The breakfast, featuring both Western and Chinese options, is also delicious. 👍 Rita's service was attentive and thoughtful. It's incredibly close to Shuhe Ancient Town, offering a secluded yet convenient escape – truly a hidden gem for a vacation.

The main reason for our trip to Yunnan province this time was to hike Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and we also booked the Pullman Hotel, which is very close to the Golden Temple. The staff were fantastic, providing meticulous service from the moment we got out of the car until we were dropped off. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a villa suite. The breakfast spread was extensive, and there were beautiful views, including ducks. It was an excellent experience.

Our stay at Pullman Lijiang was absolutely amazing! It's right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel itself is like a hidden tranquil garden, surrounded by water features and exuding Naxi charm everywhere you look. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the young lady at the breakfast reception was incredibly warm and provided excellent service. This time, we stayed in a villa with a small courtyard, and the buggy service was always available on call. Rita's service was attentive and thoughtful, truly embodying the ideal slow-paced Lijiang lifestyle. Highly recommend it! We tried three hotels in Lijiang this trip, and the one we stayed in the night before (ranked among the global top 100) couldn't compare to the Pullman in terms of service warmth. Next time I'm in Lijiang, this will definitely be my first choice for a return visit!

Walked into a hotel room with a huge canvas bag from another hotel. The cleaning was selective at best, and there was a musty smell with decaying furniture. Why would they lock the fridge? Are they really worried guests will steal things in this day and age? Excuses are just that—excuses. What's the point of telling me staff overlooked something? I might as well have stayed at Atour. The shower was absolutely awful—leaking and with low water pressure. It took me half again as long to shower as usual. The ventilation was terrible, making it stuffy and hot. I seriously doubt I'll ever stay here again.

Located right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, it's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, making it super convenient for leisurely strolls or exploring. It's truly an ideal choice for a Lijiang getaway!

It’s a beautiful and affordable resort. I stayed in a one-bedroom villa, which was truly lovely and peaceful. The view from the room was amazing, and the pleasant weather made the whole experience even better. Although the villa is a bit of a distance from the lobby, the buggy service is quick and efficient. The resort also provides bicycles to explore the surrounding areas. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Lijiang.

When visiting Lijiang, Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa is definitely an excellent choice! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The garden landscape is stunning, and you even have a chance to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The breakfast is rich and varied, and Rita's service is warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's setting is beautiful, offering distant views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the courtyard greenery is elegant. The location is excellent, very close to Shuhe Ancient Town and within walking distance. The villa space is quite large, and I particularly liked the design of the bathroom, which felt very open and airy, making the entire room very bright. Sitting in the courtyard was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a rich variety. The group purchase dinner was incredibly good value for money; the meal for four people easily satisfied six. Although the hotel has some age, it's well-maintained overall. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, and tidy. The only downside was the mattress, which needs replacing. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The room is spacious with underfloor heating, making for a very comfortable stay. The courtyard is also quite pleasant. The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is great. The shuttle bus is available for pick-up and drop-off at any time. The hotel's breakfast and lunch are also delicious. Although it's not located directly in the ancient city, and a taxi ride takes about 10 minutes to get there, being outside the ancient city makes it especially peaceful and suitable for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again.

This is an established brand that consistently delivers quality. They offer two room types: courtyard rooms and two-story rooms. We got one room upgraded to a courtyard room, which was incredibly spacious. For the other, we requested a second-floor room in the front row with a mountain view. Although the view was a bit distant, it was still lovely to open the window and see it. The hotel service is excellent; they have a butler who offers a shuttle service and delivers takeout directly to your room. The front desk also provides umbrellas for borrowing, which is very convenient for getting around. The hotel environment itself is also quite good.
