Had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. All the staff were so helpful and the room was great with a nice view of the Kuwait Towers. Good gym facility and decent breakfast. I had lunch at the hotel restaurant a couple of times. The staff there were so friendly too, especially James. The hotel is conveniently located between to the towers and to the mosque/souk area. It was fine to walk there in the evenings when it was cooler. Free airport collection and drop off too which was much appreciated. Would stay again next time I am in Kuwait.

The room is clean and tidy, the staff is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The check-in process was very smooth and silky. It is a highly recommended hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here

The hotel is clean and luxurious, the rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is available downstairs, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff are very respectful. I will visit again.

The hotel is good overall, and offers free airport pick-up service. The hotel's restaurant is also good. I bought a full meal package on Ctrip, but I don't know what went wrong. The hotel said that it was only breakfast after multiple confirmations. Finally, Ctrip came up with a plan to reimburse my dining expenses in the hotel. In fact, the reimbursement was very convenient. I gave the consumption voucher to Ctrip and it was immediately credited to my account.

We experienced the best New Year eve buffet. Their table set up was top-notch and it was coupled with amazing service by the staff. The price was super worth it as it was jam packed with lots of fun including a midnight cake slicing and guest raffle draw entertainment. The array of scrumptious food buffet made our night extra special. Perfect way to celebrate New Year! Indeed we will come back again.

Just wanted to drop a note to say how impressed and overwhelmed I was with your service team. They were so great and kind. Ms nidhi, bipesh and others I honestly don’t remember the names of all but I am so great full and extremely happy with their efficiency and kindness. Thank you so much for making my wife’s birthday special. See you next time. Just a small note it would have been so nice if there is pool in the hotel because my daughter she love to swim even it’s winter.

Sera - the best girl there is. Full of warmth and a wonderful chef. She made the best sunny side up for me in the world and whenever I asked for something she would make it instantly with so much love. I would love to visit this hotel because of her. Alaa- the best coffee maker in this hotel. Always so alert and caring. I loved his service. Imran - a beautiful smile to bring life to the sleepy mornings. He makes pizza with so much joy that the joy comes across in the food! Thank you to SERA, JAMES, ALAA and IMRAN

I stayed at this hotel for 1 month and I can say it was the best experience. The hotel staff is wonderful, from the reception staff with Diana and the other colleagues, to the security staff. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by the restaurant's waiters, James and Mahesh. And the wonderful attention of the supervisor Michelle. Without leaving behind the extraordinary food and attention of chefs Nirmal, Imran and head chef Aly. In conclusion, all the attention was wonderful and unique, I felt at home. I also highlight the shuttle service to the hotel and the excellent service from the hotel managers. Thank you all for being my family now. I hope to return soon.

I didn’t expect the hotel to be this good, if you are here for business or even with family and you need a place to stay I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. There is a view on the Kuwait towers and the sea. It is close to the hotspot areas like Salmiya. The furniture of the hotel is brand new. It is a very clean hotel and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very professional and very friendly. Keep in mind that there are not many stores around, but there is a grocery store nearby for essentials and also there is a pharmacy at the walking distance .
