第一次連夜來點評 先生回國臨時決定來雲南玩 之前來過麗江 感覺商業化嚴重 好酒店也不多 五星酒店都十幾年房齡 感覺設施都老化 很不想住 正準備放棄麗江的時候搜到了寬上 一個零差評民宿 我對民宿一直比較抗拒 因為很多民宿沒有標準化衛生及服務 但是看了寬上的評論區一片好評決定來試一試 結果真的是非常驚喜
首先寬上的建築很有風格 無論外裝還是內裝都有一種東南亞高階度假酒店的優雅 前台服務人員非常熱心免費升級到了套房 房間佈局合理 二樓挑高設計讓人感覺非常寬闊 自帶小院落也讓整體住宿更具私密性 內部乾濕分離 全自動馬桶 dyson吹風機 每一處設計都很人性化 最重要的是寬上的服務非常優質 比五星酒店有過之無不及 特別是晚上我們11點才checkin 那個長著一對非常可愛小虎牙的小姑娘 熱情的接待了我們 送我們上樓 為我們詳細的介紹了房間 並且細細詢問我們的需求 得知我們第二天一早有行程要很早退房 很貼心的為我們提前訂製了第二天的早餐 讓我們在餐廳正式營業前可以先進早餐 第二天餐廳的服務人員也非常友善 得知我女兒沒有胃口 特別為她打包了早餐 真的每個服務人員都非常為客人著想 周到 體貼 令我們非常感動 我先生第一次住民宿 他非常驚訝於寬上高質量的住宿環境和非常突出的服務意識 真的給我們留下深刻的印象 會真心推薦親朋好友來入住

位置在古城南邊 很清靜 小哥會拉着三輪車把行李送過去避免了古城石板路上的顛簸 一到客棧禮賓就會送上小茶點和氧氣 客棧整體很有格調 也很安靜 送的下午茶和菌菇湯鍋很好 房間內部的智能家居基本上都有 特色活動也挺有意思的 服務都很熱情 基本上是有求必應 以後會推薦給其他人 整體上優秀！

超出預計的入住體驗，在古城鬧中取靜的位置，出行方便。屬於小朋友的手工體驗，屬於大朋友的晚安甜酒、各取所需，服務很到位，對小朋友也很友好。另外菌子火鍋真的很不錯👍
