We enjoyed our 2-night stay. well located on the edge of Lijiang old town which made it very convenient to have our luggage wheeled and delivered from the car drop off; this is something to consider for heavier luggage since the stone roads inside the old town are very uneven. we particularly enjoyed the hospitality and conversation from the manager Jian (阿健) who spent time explaining how best to spend our time in Lijiang while brewing and offering locally produced tea for us. If this is of relevance, Jian's also speaks fluent Cantonese. His colleague Gui (阿贵) was also very helpful with a smile, prompt with conveying our breakfast orders and with luggage assistance. The family suite was very spacious and clean. There is a courtyard in the middle of the hotel which offered an outdoor area to unwind and breathe the fresh air. The hotel did not offer any views but that did not detract us from our overall excellent expereince. We highly reocommend this place!

到麗江之前，我還在擔心拖着行李找路會很麻煩，沒想到酒店直接安排了車接，一下就輕鬆了許多。辦理入住時，前台工作人員特別熱情，不僅很快就辦好了手續，還跟我詳細介紹周邊好玩的地方。房間的衞生真的沒得説，床品乾淨，衞生間也沒有任何異味。住的這幾天，每天都有人認真打掃，住得超安心。晚上古城燈火亮起，又是另一番美景。在這裏住了五天，最後酒店還安排車把我送到車站，全程省心又省力

這家酒店的衞生和服務都沒得説。房間裏的地板每天都拖，光腳走一點不沾灰，桌子上的雜物都收拾得整整齊齊，沒有亂堆亂放。衞生間的洗漱台沒有牙膏漬，水龍頭擦得很亮。住起來很舒服，房間裏的隔音很好，聽不到隔壁的聲音被子蓋着很暖和，不會漏風。服務人員都很熱情，有次我們想去木府，他們告訴我們怎麼走最近，還説可以避開人流高峯。退房時發現把圍巾落在房間了，他們很快就幫忙找出來，還説可以寄給我們，特別靠譜。

這家酒店的衞生細節真的打動我了。比如衞生間的漱口杯，每天都用開水燙過，摸起來暖暖的，馬桶圈也擦得很乾凈，沒有水印。房間裏的窗簾每天都拉得整整齊齊.沒有褶皺。住起來很舒服，床的大小剛好，兩個人睡不擠，枕頭高度合適，早上起來脖子不酸。服務人員態度特別好，有次我手機沒電了，想借個充電器，他們很快就拿來了，還問我是什麼型號的，怕不合適。晚上想在院子裏坐會兒，他們還搬來小桌子和椅子，特別周到。

這家的衞生讓人放心，地板拖得發亮，走路都怕打滑，床底下也掃得乾乾淨淨，不像有的酒店床底全是灰。衞生間的鏡子擦得特別亮，沒有水印，洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊。住得很舒服，房間隔音不錯，晚上聽不到外面的吵鬧聲，床很軟但不塌陷，睡起來特別解乏。服務也很貼心，入住時幫我們拿行李到二樓。有天忘帶傘，店員主動借了一把給我們，還説不用着急還，特別暖心。

衞生方面做得特別好，房間裏一塵不染，連窗簾都乾乾淨淨的，沒有一點異味，洗漱用品都是新的，用着放心。住進去特別安逸，房間佈置得很有古風，又不失現代舒適，晚上聽着古城的石板路腳步聲，很有感覺，床睡得很舒服，每天都能滿血復活去玩。服務也很貼心，我們有個朋友感冒了，老闆還拿來了感冒葯，特別暖心，整體體驗特別好。
