一個人的完美旅行從選擇這裏開始。賓至如歸的管家服務，每位服務人員都真誠樸實，為我推薦旅行線路，幫我升級了一晚雪山觀景房讓我豐富體驗，貼心安排迎接茶飲和晚間甜品，替我收拾好遺落的水果，還有阿姨下午的洋芋飯和水果汁，穿行的接駁車。精心佈置的酒店環境，第一晚庭院晚間鞦韆無比愜意，第二晚觀景陽台看雪山若隱若現，透過餐廳的落地窗看河邊蘆葦微微，一條小路直通鉑爾曼的秀美園景，室內景觀浴缸讓人褪去一天的配備。優越的地理位置，毗鄰束河古鎮，電動車即達，前往其他景點也很方便。還有就是國慶期間都非常良心的價格。以上種種讓我誠心推薦大家來入住。

酒店的晚安茶大讚👍洗去了一身疲憊，各種細節都能看出來管理是非常用心，中秋節入住還送了好吃的雲腿月餅，房間走出去有個小院子有秋千，大落地玻璃窗景，有兩個洗手枱，藍牙音響的效果也很棒。

第二次入住，用了攜程的積分，非常划算！因為用攜程的積分後價格實在便宜，和之前第一次入住相比很多東西都沒有提供了，比如礦泉水當時沒留意洗手間還有2瓶，提出想多要兩瓶也沒有提供，同行入住的朋友原價預訂的，提出需要礦泉水就馬上提供了。因為有了第一次入住的超高評價，五星好評並追加了好評表達我對酒店的喜愛之情，因此對這次入住一些服務落差稍顯失望。但是平心而論，這個價格能住到這樣品質的酒店，已經是很滿意了。我還是很喜歡雲澗的，並且也一直推薦給身邊去麗江的朋友，希望下次再來能體驗到第一次入住時的驚艷。無論是地理位置還是環境抑或是軟硬件，雲澗都值得再次入住。

酒店也是鬧中取靜。位置在鉑爾曼的後面，停車位不是太多，但夠停。酒店也有2個慢充樁，自己掃碼付費充電，對自駕新能源的車主朋友比較友好。還有就是，酒店免費給我們升級了套房，這一點一定要點贊！
