I booked two standard rooms at his place and stayed there for two nights. The sanitation was super good. It's about 5 minutes away from the ancient city and very close to Zhongyi Market. There are many restaurants around. Although it's on the roadside, the owner installed double-layer soundproof glass, so there was no sound at all when sleeping.
