Overall this hotel has exceeded our expectations. This is the second time we stayed here. In terms of cleaniness, ambience & bits & pieces in the room, there's nothing to complain at all. Fruits basket was also provided. Facilities in toilet including bathing gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are of good quality. Sink and toilet bowls are well-maintained. Last but not least the toliet bowl is fully automatic. Strongly recommended.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel staff named : Kari . The moment I checked in , she greeted me warmly. Her friendliness was beyond expectation. The hotel location was amazing, in the heart of Lijiang. Food and malls are nearby within walking distance . The room was spotless, clean and amazing. Bed was comfortable . They have a buckwheat pillows if you prefer the firm ones . Overall my stay was comfortable, and I would definitely come back again next year and stay at Home2Suites Hilton . Thank you Kari for being the nicest hotel staff .

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is convenient near to Walmart. Also, it took us about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the train station during non-peak hours. The room was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel also offers free flow of drinks such as coffee, tea, drinking bottled water, which was a lovely bonus. The receptionists were excellent especially 小匡— friendly, professional, and very responsive to all our needs. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the environment is very good, the hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and well equipped, the front desk staff service is excellent, has helped us a lot, in particular Xiao He which was there for us upon any request. There is also a gym & laundry that can be used for free, I highly recommend this hotel.

I was greet by front desk upon arrival. She (sorry, forgot her name) was very professional and kind. She arranged a quiet room at 7 floor, with good view of the jade dragon. The room was roomy and clean, with free fruits plate. She later send me a couple of welcome drink and snacks. One of best in Lijiang. I checked out the next day and late at the night , decided to stay one more night. Same professional service and quality, but moved to 5th floor. Highly recommended.
