Yongxu Shanshuilou Inn (Lijiang Ancient City Sifang Street)

The owner picked us up at the entrance of ancient city upon our arrival and arranged a tricycle to send our luggage to the hotel. Upon arriving the hotel we have been offered for a cup of hot tea and few fresh flower biscuits. Very warm hospitality from the owner. Luggage was sent directly by them to the room at level 2 (by stair). We have requested for more mineral water and all requests were fulfilled by the helper. Thanks a lot for this. We have enjoyed the benefit of benefit of being sent to the airport as we have stayed for 3 nights. Well arrangement by the owner. The room is having 2 floors but sometimes you feel quite warm and hot for the upper floor (my experience was during Dec, winter time). However, the temperature of the water heater in the bathroom is not really stable. The location of this hotel is considered centre but personally think it is quite a distance from the nearest entrance (north entrance of the ancient city) which is car assessable. Hence, making it hard and not that convenient to go out. Overall still consider a great experience with my family.

The inn has a quiet environment, the store service is very good, the whole process is very enthusiastic, the room is equipped with voice-controlled smart home, the curtains and lights can be turned on and off by voice, the mattress is comfortable, and breakfast is provided, which is full. If you have time, you can also go to the owner's tea room to drink tea and play with his little Pomeranian The inn is in a good location, in the center of the ancient city, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Our Driver contacted the inn in advance and made an appointment, the lady boss come and picked us up at the gate of the ancient city. The itinerary of the ancient city was very good! The inn is well decorated, clean and sanitary. The owners of the inn were very warm and welcoming, as was their dog, zai zai. She shared many travel tips with us and offered us some flower biscuits , instant coffee and Chinese tea.upon. She also introduced attractions and helped with registration. The boss and the lady boss are enthusiastic and thoughtful. On the Lantern festival evening, the boss cook the delicious dishes and invited all the guest in the inn to join for the dinner. And on the last day, they help us to book the transport to the air-port.It’s really worth staying in such a good inn at this price. Highly recommended! I will come to this one next time.

The owners of the inn were very warm and welcoming, as was their dog, zai zai. She shared many travel tips with us and offered us some flower biscuits upon knowing that we had an early morning heading up the mountain. The inn is walking distance from the big water wheel and dance bars but also located far enough to avoid the noise. Only slight inconvenience was getting the luggages in and out, but a tricycle ride solved the problem :)

The place is very nice and clean. Landlord is very friendly, he took us from the airport directly to the house. We did enjoy the traditional breakfast there. We were very happy with all services and would like to thank to the landlord when he showed us a lot about Lijiang.
