I cannot speak highly enough of the service at this hotel, which went far beyond mere hospitality. Due to a pre-existing health condition, I struggled with the altitude in Lijiang. Upon my arrival, the long walk from the town entrance left me out of breath and on the verge of fainting.
The staff's response was exceptionally prompt and compassionate. Without hesitation, they provided me with two canisters of oxygen, which immediately helped alleviate my symptoms. Furthermore, understanding my difficulty, they kindly upgraded my room from the second floor to the first floor without any request from my side. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference to my comfort and safety throughout my stay.
The location is a double-edged sword. It is situated right in the heart of Lijiang's enchanting Old Town. If your sole intention is to explore the cobblestone streets and charming shops, the location is absolutely perfect. However, it is crucial to note that the walk to the nearest exit or taxi point is a solid 10-minute journey through crowded lanes. For a traveler with mobility or health challenges like myself, this proved to be a significant barrier, effectively confining my explorations to the Old Town itself.
In summary, this hotel offers warm, professional, and genuinely caring service. While the central location is ideal for many, those with health conditions should be aware of the considerable walking required to enter and exit the ancient town.

Very clean and spacious room and environment. It is within old town, which makes the stay more unique and special. The staff/boss are friendly and will help you arrange the luggage to be picked up and transferred to the entrance of the old town. Will be back!

Very good service. Especially by this person called “Feng”. Attended to our every needs including luggage in and out of the ancient city and even provided recommendations.

Apparently there’s a lot of Singaporeans booking this hotel. I am assuming it’s from XHS reviews.
This location is not particularly near the centre of the 丽江古城, but this might be due to the high altitude so it felt extremely far for a short walk.
The receptionist did reach out in advanced to pick us up from the main road and bring our luggage to the hotel.
They reception also washed and dry our clothes in the washing machine when requested, and helped sent our luggage back to the street where we get to hail the didi so overall the service is pretty decent.
However, it did not meet the expectation of the high reviews on XHS.
Overall a decent hotel.

The location is within the old town but quiet so you can have a good rest.
The room is clean and comfortable, and the hot shower is very important for the cool weather in Lijiang. The service is attentive as well, they will help you with your luggages. Breakfast is tasty!

This hotel is located right inside lijiang old town. The service is remarkable. Xiao bin is very helpful and goes out of his way to introduce us to delicious food, places to visit, local pub and even helped us to book tickets for Yulong Xueshan and the romance show. Service is AMAZING.
The only cons are that I think it's not really elderly friendly because it's abit difficult to walk in lijiang old town due to the uneven floor. And the thai latex bedsheet room that we chose doesn't seem to suit my husband and I because our skin felt itchy.. Other than that everything else is awesome.

店長服務很周到，提前一天會主動加好微信，到達當日到古鎮門口來接，幫忙拿行李等。在古鎮迷路了，也不用擔心，店長會來找。酒店的床也很舒服，還🈶私湯。建築是雲南最有特色的納西風格，非常值得體驗。
