Perfect location for visiting the historic centre, just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. The area is quiet, you can get there by car and park on the street. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very small flat screen TV. A brighter light is needed in the bathroom. The wifi lost signal many times when using it on the iPad.

Spacious rooms with extra large and comfortable beds and clean. The Wifi had a weak signal, it worked well on the mobile but it kept cutting off on the iPad. Clean bathroom but lacks the possibility of intensifying the light.

The hotel is good and deserves more than my "average" rating. The room, the cleanliness and the reception staff were first class. It is just that the breakfast, which I paid for, for two mornings in advance, was really poor. There was very little prepared fruit (only sliced melon) and little other fruit to enjoy. The cooked food (scrambled eggs and bacon) was lukewarm at best and the eggs congealed. The hot water flask was tepid. Everything is obviously prepared for the earliest time available, and never checked upon, or topped up. On our second morning, we even saw a member of staff help themselves to some bacon and eat it with her fingers as she left the room. As a consequence we never entertained the idea of eating there in the evening.

Hotel with a very good location. Very close to the center, 10 m walk. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and very attentive staff. It has a menu with a good quality-price ratio and a cafeteria for breakfast. It has paid parking, although there are possibilities to park outside. A very good option for visiting Leon.

Every time I stay in León, I usually stay in hotels that are more or less close to the train or bus stations, but this time, for work reasons, I had to stay "further away." It seemed like I was going to leave León and it turns out that it is a hotel that is behind the Cathedral: it has a cafeteria, restaurant and garage (although there is a large parking lot next door), and although it may seem that way on the map, it is not far from the main monuments of León. Everything is very clean, the staff is great and the price is very good.

The hotel is quite good, spacious rooms and a large bathroom with everything you need (towels, hair dryer...) about ten minutes walk from the cathedral. The bad thing was that you could hear a lot of car noise throughout the night as it is next to a busy street. The girl who attended to us at reception was very friendly.

This hotel is a 3 star and it seems so in its facilities and rooms. The room is smaller and the bathroom, also smaller in my case, had a column in the middle that was a bit uncomfortable to access the shower (not a bathtub, which is appreciated). Functional furniture, used, but correct and without major wear and tear or lack of maintenance. Breakfast with acceptable variety. The staff is the best of the hotel, both at reception and in the cafeteria, as well as the cleaning ladies, all doing their thing and very attentive to the customer. The location is ideal for walking to the center in a few minutes. All this makes it a highly recommended 3*, without expecting great facilities or anything special, but perfect for working in Leon or for a getaway and being in good comfort without more.

Very good hotel, with an excellent location to visit the centre of Leon. Rooms are spacious and cosy enough, very clean, staff is super friendly. Cafeteria open from 9am, prices are normal. We used the car park which is large and although it is a white zone around it is difficult to park. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy, our rooms were in the area of ​​the street where cars pass all night, and when it was quiet you could hear an engine from the lower area (we were on the 1st floor). I noticed that at least our rooms did not have air conditioning, at this time we do not need it but in the summer it may be hot without it. A good experience and a recommendable hotel to spend a few days.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, in my case two connecting rooms, perfect for a family of 5 people, centrally located just 10" from the cathedral on foot, buffet breakfast, cafeteria option for a drink, very kind and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, 10/10 cleanliness, perfect room. I must mention that the noise was a shame, I needed to rest and from 7am doors slamming and people talking, they should take care of that because I was delighted at the hotel but that made everything bitter.

If I would highlight something it is its location, a few steps from the city centre and easy to get to. The treatment is worth mentioning, professionalism and kindness from all the staff we met, but that's it. Small room for a double, a lot of noise from both the corridor and the rooms next door. It doesn't seem to have good soundproofing. Also an uncomfortable bed, with a mattress that was deformed from use and not at all comfortable. They were not generous with the soap either, for a double room there should be more of this product. The bathroom was, in proportion to the room, larger and more comfortable.

It's a decent hotel, nothing more. Close to the Cathedral, you can walk there in five minutes, but far from the hustle and bustle of the centre. I liked the cafeteria they have, good coffee and breakfast at a very affordable price. Very friendly staff. On the downside, the pillows could be a little more comfortable.

We were at the New Year's Eve dinner party. The dinner was very good, the staff was great and the head waiter was excellent. I would encourage them to organize the night of the Three Kings next year as the experience was great. The truth is that it was the first time we went and we will definitely go back.
