"Excellent stay in the heart of León We spent one night in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the heart of León, close to the tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and modern, with 8 floors. Fast and efficient check-in, very friendly and professional staff. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. It offered a superb view of the city and had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Appreciated amenities: flat-screen TV and mini-fridge with two small bottles of water offered upon arrival. We did not try the restaurant, breakfast, or parking. Small area for improvement: the TV was not connected (no Netflix allowed) and no coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. In summary: excellent value for money for a short stay in León. We highly recommend it!"

"Their customer service, response time, and manners are a disaster. They respond whenever they feel like it, changing the terms of the contract. They moved us to a superior room after we had agreed to and approved a lower one, accepting it. We reserved a car, and then they canceled it."

There's also a Burger King nearby (about a 20-minute walk), and a McDonald's next to the train station, so it's a good option if you're craving fast food!"

"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in Superior room, without breakfast. In terms of value for money i was satisfied but it should be said that the room feels small, and i think that it would not be comfortable for a couple. The gym is not a gym for anything beside cardio and only if there are a few guests at the same time. While i was there, i told the staff that the AC in the gym is not working, and it was not fixed for several days so it was boiling there (near the sauna). The hotel can also do small things that can make the feeling much better, like have proper cups for hot beverages and not foam disposable cups and upgrade the coffee machines so you could make more than one cup of tea each time. Location is good for me, because i used public transportation to hike near by. Its also fairly close to a good branch of Supermercado (10 minutes walk) and a huge branch of Carefour (about 20 minutes walk)."
