"It's a shame that it wasn't clear on the internet that the restaurant was closed. In the winter garden we were served chips, currywurst and schnitzel as an alternative in the evening, but it wasn't the experience we would have wanted in a star hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't match the category and the price either: rolls like the day before, pineapple pieces dried out, sausage anything but fresh, the freshly prepared scrambled eggs were solid like they usually come out of containers. In the room, which was OK and very quiet, we would have preferred a free bottle of water for the night instead of the evening chocolate bar. The staff were extremely friendly everywhere. There's nothing to complain about."

Although the check-in process took a little bit of time, everything else went smoothly and the stay was very satisfying. I appreciated the comfort, location, and overall value of the hotel. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend."
