Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

Really worse experience to stay in the hotel , reception staff are lazy and will not help anything even make many excuses to reject your free water .... no more in my life

The location is perfect. If you want to enjoy the strip, highly recommend Caesars Palace hotel. Room is spacious and clean.

An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. It’s a decent option if you’re simply looking for a place to stay without expecting anything luxurious.

so far so good. pretty standard american hotel to be honest. Amentities are minimum so you have to bring everything you need. no kettle. minibar was a trap, with no additional space for personal items.

We got a room with a view of the pool, we also upgraded it, but it was completely different from the previous one. At check-in, we were misled, which turned out to be on the final invoice. They added 2 Red Bulls, but after my intervention they were removed. And an additional fee in addition to the tax for the upgrade, 56 USD for each day! There are no flip-flops after bathing. The windows do not open

Amazing place to stay. Had the perfect view of the Bellagio hotel fountains.

Huge hotel and long queue to check in and walk from car park to hotel room, which is understandable. However, there is no basic shower gel or shampoo in the room and need to call the desk. There is only coffee machine and coffee capsule is required to purchase from mini bar. The hotel Wifi limited to 2 persons and very unstable and not usable. The 5G network is also terrible. What is the worst is that there is mini bar fridge and we just open to check without taking out anything or put in anything. There is no sign on the fridge mentioning that once open and it will charge. The next day when check out, the bill show 75.81 charges. Calling help desk and they close support at 2.30pm. The mini bar is really a scam and be cautious!

The attention was great and the room really awesome!

- The room was amazing as we got upgraded / Big and very clean - Amenities they provided are more than enough - This hotel is everything / Food, Fun, Shopping, Facilities - A little bit crowded but understandable - Worth the price - Too bad we had to pay parking fee. Eventhough, we follow the reception's instruction but still have to pay. - not fair though. They should have managed this better for the guests with car.

Terrible experience. Front desk staff very unfriendly & not helpful at all.
