Pet friendly Hotels Las Condes

This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

The place is very convenient, the location is excellent, supermarkets and shopping malls are nearby, and it is a wealthy area, sanitation, security, etc. are in place, and it is super convenient to take a taxi, it is worth staying

No room service at all , that's too bad !!!!!! Not many towels Good product for shower ( shampoo, conditioner, etc ok) No heating in dining for breakfast, freezing !!! There is no swimming pool If you want to use a spa service you have to ask somebody from outside, there is no t one available in the hotel

Excellent location, in one of the best neighborhoods - Las Condes, very close to supermarkets, coffee and metro. The apartment has a view of the cordial, is new and well equipped with a vacuum, a refrigerator, a microwave and all the kitchen tools we needed. Parking is free. The only point to improve is with the cleaning, which left a lot to desire.

The overall is acceptable, the price is relatively not high, the parking space fee for applying for parking spaces is a bit difficult, and the reserved phone cannot be reached. In the end, Trip.com customer service helped solve it, and Trip.com customer service was still very powerful.
