"Overall, it was just okay. The service was pretty good; when we checked in and found the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they fixed it promptly. We checked out in the morning but left our luggage at the front desk since we were leaving in the evening. The room itself was a bit small, there wasn't enough space to open two suitcases at once, and it was quite noisy. It's also not that close to the main attractions by taxi. At this price, I wouldn't recommend it."

"EVERYTHING was truly a disappointment! The photos are deceptive. Given the cold weather in Santiago at this time of year (July), they have an old split-screen TV in the room, and the tile floors are FREEZING! In one photo, there were all kinds of amenities in the bathroom. We only had a shower cap and soap. I waited two days for them to give me conditioner, a disgrace. And the breakfast! Instant coffee, unbelievable, peach juice. When I asked if they had orange juice, they told me no, and there were whole oranges in the fruit bowl. And the people in charge of breakfast, besides being very unfriendly, made noise in the kitchen, spoke loudly with the door to the dining room open, and disregarded the guests' conversations. I would highly recommend the kindness of Alexsandra at the front desk and the housekeeping staff on our floor, the 5th. After all, this is a hotel NOT to be recommended and one to be forgotten!"
