"A very satisfying stay experience! The large glass floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the rooms are on high floors. If there is a disadvantage, it is a little bit not soundproof! Maybe it's because of the glass curtain wall!"
"Very new hotel, located in the resort, there are some restaurants around. Quiet in the middle of noisy, very close to Dallas Zoo, Botanical Garden, Aquarium, Beiyuan Shopping Center, Wal-Mart. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic."
"great! Breakfast was delicious! great! Breakfast was delicious! great! Breakfast was delicious! great! Breakfast was delicious! great! Breakfast was delicious! great! Breakfast was delicious!"
"All are good, the front desk staff is very friendly, but the room window is dead. It is estimated that in order to change the air, the bathroom ventilation fan has no switch, and it keeps ringing."
"Facilities: Not bad, quite new, but a little abstract, as a suite hotel, there is no stove, only a microwave, and you can only use the microwave to cook. .
Hygiene: Hygiene is OK and clean
Environment: The environment is good, but there are construction sites around, and it is a bit noisy in the morning
Service: This breakfast is better than Huanpeng, I like this very much"
"This price is similar to this service, the location is a bit biased, and the neighborhood is like an industrial area! The hotel has a simple breakfast!"
"I loved the hotel itâs in a construction zone right now but thatâs okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldnât tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week"
"The hotel parking lot is very crowded and hard to find a parking spot. Itâs located near other hotels so they all shared the parking lot. They do require a $100 deposit but your only advised during check in... itâs a busy hotel with a lot of traffic and movement at all times.

Amazing
Eending628It feels like a hotel in a mall. The contrasting colors are very fashionable. You can't see the sky so it's a bit confusing during the day and night.
MMuriel HeslingYoung girl with a very friendly welcome.
On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it.
During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace.
A pass hotel wouldnât have been worseâŠ
GGuest UserDallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations and made the trip so much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.
GGuest UserI've been coming here 6 years now and I think this will be my last visit. Front desk staff (Helen? And Avery) were very sweet and hospitable, however, the hotel appears short staffed on housekeepers. Rooms were not available for many customers waiting in the lobby as they were still being cleaned at 430pm (check in is 3pm) and customers complained loudly. After settling in for the night, I noticed black spots on the bathroom ceiling that appeared to be mold. The toilet took two flushes for a â#1â and more for a â#2â. The motor court at the hotel entrance could only comfortably fit 2 cars as there was a police patrol car and community outreach vehicle occupying the remaining space, so cars were either trapped and waiting for others to depart before they could leave or back out awkwardly onto the street. The surrounding area appeared generally dirty and unsafe with lots of homeless roaming around. One was naked about a block west. After returning to my room after a long absence, I noticed my used towels (which were extremely rough textured) were removed but none were replaced. Though both of my beds were slept in, only one was made. The room temp was adjusted down to 63 for some reason. I don't understand why they bothered to enter. Nothing appeared cleaned or replaced. The evening front desk person seemed equally confused and provided BS excuses. But he mentioned they had ran out of towels earlier and I would have to come down for new ones. The parking garage is bizarre and narrow, badly in need of fresh paint, and poorly lit on most floors. The elevators routinely opened on floors where no one was waiting to board and the internal buttons weren't pressed for.
GGuest UserWas a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits.
The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.
GGuest UserThe owner is Indian and very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, 1km from the light rail train, and it was more convenient to travel. The room fee includes breakfast, which is very good.
CChinoblingzThey wouldnt ñwt me stay anymore because the lady working at desk said the girl you have with in my room i have to go because she argued with her about wearing to much revealing clothing . You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are very complete, there are many guests staying, the transportation is convenient, and breakfast is included, which is very suitable for family stay. This is an unforgettable experience and worth recommending!
