"Graduating from Vanderbilt a few years ago, I'd say the price isn't particularly expensive or cheap; it's pretty standard for the area, making this hotel a good value overall. Parking isn't free and costs an additional $35. There is a way to save money, though: you can park across the street at the park and walk back."

"I preface this by saying my review is influenced by a family trip. The hotel isn't bad, but if you're traveling for leisure, the location isn't very convenient, and it's definitely terrible if you're on foot. I chose it because it's easy to reach and has parking, but the service is excessively expensive for what it offers (40% of the room rate for this type of establishment is too much in my opinion). Breakfast is good but not very extensive. We had to make up the third bed ourselves. It's not a hotel to avoid, but there are definitely better alternatives."

"So our beloved friends were looking to celebrate their engagement with us; someplace amazing. Doing so in a safe way during the current pandemic proved challenging. Luckily I had met MJ, the general manager of the pool club at the Virgin Hotel, who offered her amazing private outdoor patio to host the occasion. The drinks were refreshing, the food delicious, and the view was captivating- the best I've seen of downtown Nashville. Looking from the iconic Batman Building to the Parthenon was a sweeping, breathtaking view. Before long the bride-to-be was dancing to the music, saying ”I am so, so happy”. We were shown incredible service from the time we dropped off our cars with the valet staff, and our server Conner was attentive and friendly, seamlessly becoming an important part of our evening. Thank you MJ, Conner, valet staff, and anyone else at Virgin Hotels who helped make this special night perfect."

"One of the nicest hotels we’ve experienced. The room was immaculate, and the front desk staff was super friendly. We were most impressed by the workout facility… it had everything we needed for a full workout while on vacation, which was unexpected and awesome! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Nashville!"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN."

"I drove through Nashville and found a new hotel to stay in near Vanderbilt University, which exceeded my expectations. The details of the hotel are very considerate. The rooms have kitchen supplies and refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Suitable for a short stay. The bed is huge and the sofa can be used as a bed. It is within walking distance to Vanderbilt University and only takes ten minutes by taxi to the city center. Overnight parking costs $30. The breakfast is also very rich and every detail is reflected. If I were not in a hurry, I would really want to stay a few more days."

"1. This two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen only has one window that cannot be opened, and both bedrooms have no windows (though the pictures showed them). 2. The bathroom and living room have large exhaust fans that are incredibly loud, sounding like a heavy truck running non-stop. When the neighbors or downstairs units turn on their AC or exhaust fans, the whole wall vibrates. It was so bad I couldn't fall asleep until I was exhausted in the early hours (eventually, my AirPods helped block out the noise). 3. Parking is $54 per night. The parking lot is in the basement downstairs, but you're not allowed to self-park; you have to give your keys to the hotel for valet service. 4. Nashville is a fantastic and very clean city worth visiting. However, I'd recommend thinking twice before choosing this hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location, next to Vanderbilt University and very close to the Parthenon Park. The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast is also very good, rich and better than the American breakfast in many American hotels."
