Kseniia A.This is a beautiful and spacious hotel, and I stayed for three nights. One unique feature is that the rooms provide individual branded water bottles (resembling thermoses) that guests need to fill themselves. There are special built-in water dispensers on the 1st and 8th floors. Also on the 8th floor, there's a laundry room, costing $4.50 per wash or dry cycle, which is very convenient! However, you can't buy laundry pods there; you need to bring your own. On the same floor, there's a garden – an exit to a spacious balcony with plants and seating areas. And, of course, an infinity pool. Sun loungers are next to the pool, and towels are provided right there. There's also a bar by the pool.
The rooms are spacious, with panoramic windows and automatic blackout curtains. There's a coffee machine and a kettle (capsules and tea bags are also provided). For the beach, the hotel provides branded bags with towels, which can be exchanged daily. Getting to the beach isn't so much far as it is a bit of a walk, about 9-10 minutes on foot, because you have to walk around some things.
There's also a bakery at the hotel, open from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and there's always a long queue from the street in the mornings!
I really liked the hotel – highly recommend it! ✅👍🏻

Guest UserI stayed here with three friends. It's a 10-minute walk to Ala Moana Center and close to Magic Island and Kahanamoku Beach. They offer free daily activities like lei making and yoga, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is really close to waikiki beach 10 min walk , grab your coffee on the way and go to the beach , the hotel staffs are amazing, very helpful, supportive, friendly, every single one of them , this is really important as a solo traveller I had so many questions and inquiries and they helped me to solve everything in an instance. They even have weights to weigh my luggage before the flight. The room had a stunning balcony, everything so clean, no smell no mold, everything was working , the AC , the mini fridge, they even gave me a kettle because i said I loved having coffee in the morning. They have tours as well , activities like hula dancing , Lei making, there is an ABC store for your water , fruits , snacks , sunscreen . Very convenient .
I Highly recommend this hotel.

Guest UserWe stayed in an ocean view room. It was very close to the sea, and the view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. I think it was one of the ocean view rooms with the best views, being so close to the ocean. I'm very grateful that we were allocated this particular room. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was also excellent, close to the Duke Kahanamoku statue in the heart of Waikiki. The only downsides were that there was no explanation about the resort points we were supposed to receive as part of our stay. Also, we booked three rooms for six people, but due to their system, we could only process payment for one room at a time. This meant I couldn't use the same credit card for the second room and had to scramble. I'd recommend bringing enough credit cards for each room you book. These two minor issues were a bit disappointing, so I deducted one star from the service rating.

I. MarkOutstanding service from the moment we arrived at the front entrance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff were able to answer all of our questions and accommodate all our requests.
Room was nicely appointed and generously sized with ample room in the walk-in closet for our 8 full-sized checked bags (we stopped through HI in the middle of a move 🙂). Had two double beds and a hid-a-bed which was perfect for our family of four. The small refrigerator in the room was just the right size for water bottles and some snack/breakfast food we picked up at the Target just across the street. Appreciated being able to check out fresh beach towels pool-side each day. That saved a lot of suitcase space.
The balcony was just large enough for a small table and two chairs to catch a great view of the ocean.
The hotel is located between prime beachfront on the one side and the International Marketplace on the other, everything you need is within easy walking distance.
The kids enjoyed the beginner surf lessons available beachside through Faith Surf Academy, and being able to rent a board to continue surfing over subsequent days. Waves were perfect for beginners and despite there being a fair number of other visitors, there was plenty of room to swim, play, and enjoy the water, though space on the beach itself was a bit tight at times.
The one shortcoming we experienced was there not being any self-service laundry on-site. It seems there used to be, but it's unavailable with the current renovation project underway, and I'm unsure whether they intend for it to be part of the updated plan or not. Paid laundry service is available, but we opted to walk down the road to a laundromat.
All in all, the whole family enjoyed our time at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and would recommend it.

Anonymous UserI stayed at this hotel again after a long time. The location is absolutely perfect, so much so that not renting a car isn't a disadvantage at all! I really enjoyed the poolside ice cream because the flavors changed daily! If I needed anything, I could just pop over to Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was fantastic! Having ice and water dispensers on each floor was an added bonus! And it was great to receive two reusable water bottles upon check-in to use during my stay! Thank you!

ManaSuisseExcept for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat in your room as there is no other places to eat. This breakfast is a joke :(

We travel 3-5 times a year from Maui, and love staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The staff is great, my daughter loves the pool, and we love waking up and going down to get breakfast every morning.

Guest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea.
I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems.
It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.

AlexeygreatIt was cheapest hotel for 170$ per night in Honolulu. Room clean and have everything you need.
If in normal city can say that price for such place should be 30$, but Hawaii it’s Hawaii.
Can recommend this hotel, but not recommend to visit Hawaii - there much better places for less price in the world
