Everything was good. Both rooms and open areas were cleaned. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was normal. Non-welcomed for smoking ******** inside the hotel, which is great đ. Just the leaving day around 2-3 hours before check out time WiFi was turned off and the part of lights. But as we was about leaving it was okay.

Great location for a vacation; no need to wake up super early for Similan Islands tours. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the breakfast at the small shops outside the hotel is fantastic. The shopping mall parking lot down the main road even has a night market in the evenings, which is fun to explore. The hotel has two pools, indoor and outdoor, both clean and well-maintained, plus a self-service laundry room downstairs. The rooms are spacious, and the open-air balcony is perfect for drying clothes. And don't forget the hotel's resident cat â so lazy and elegant!

đ´ăPerfect Vacation ExperienceăThis hotel won me over from service to ambiance, and the value for money is absolutely incredible!
My friends and I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for a vacation, and we were pleasantly surprised throughout our stay! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt that 'home away from home' warmth. I just had to share this wonderful experience in detail~
⨠Service: Attentive to every detail, like being gently cared for
The front desk staff's smiles were heartwarming. When checking in, they proactively offered iced towels and thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities (pool, restaurant, nearby attractions). After checking in, room service was super prompt â I wanted iced coconut water, and it arrived in 10 minutes; when we returned in the evening, we found the bedding neatly tidied, and even our slippers were perfectly arranged. Even more surprising, the lobby receptionists remembered guests' preferences (for example, I casually mentioned I liked a window seat, and the next day, a small table by the window was reserved for breakfast). This feeling of 'being valued' truly doubled our travel happiness!
đ´ Dining: A feast for both taste and sight
The hotel's restaurant (The Poolside CafĂŠ) is definitely worth visiting! Breakfast is buffet style, with freshly baked pineapple buns that are crispy outside and soft inside, Vietnamese pho with a broth so fresh it'll make your eyebrows jump, and unlimited tropical fruits (mango, dragon fruit, wax apple). Paired with local coffee or fresh juice, it's a great way to start an energetic day~
For lunch, we tried the Thai green curry chicken; the rich coconut flavor blended perfectly with the curry, and the chicken was so tender it fell off the bone. For dinner, we ordered a seafood platter at the terrace restaurant â the lobster and mussels were fresh and springy, and the accompanying mango sticky rice had just the right sweetness. Both the presentation and taste were excellent. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows face the pool and garden, creating a wonderful ambiance as you eat and watch the coconut trees sway!
đď¸ Environment: A tropical sanctuary, every step is a picturesque scene
The hotel's overall style is Southeast Asian resort-like, with simple yet design-forward architecture (like the circular chandelier in the lobby, and the geometricé犺 windows on the walls, which are super artistic for photos). In the outdoor garden, palm trees and tropical flowers are layered beautifully, with meticulously trimmed greenery. Walking on the stone paths feels like stepping into a Nanyang town from a movie.
The courtyard area outside the room (like the lawn + pool view in Photo 6) is surrounded by coconut trees, with sun loungers and umbrellas artfully arranged. Sitting on a lounger in the evening, watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of insects and birds, all fatigue instantly melts away.
đ Pool: Crystal clear, guaranteeing summer fun
The pool was the most delightful surprise this time! The water quality was incredibly clean; you could clearly see the tiles at the bottom, and the shimmering surface looked like a giant blue-green gem. The pool area is divided into shallow and deep sections, and there's also a children's wading area (although we didn't bring kids, we saw them having a great time).
The loungers by the pool are spaced generously, and the yellow and white striped umbrellas look super fresh against the blue sky and clear water. In the afternoon, soaking in the pool, sipping a fresh coconut, with coconut trees and blue sky above â every photo is a vacation masterpiece (the views in Photos 7 and 8 are so therapeutic!).
đ Transportation: Convenient yet private, hassle-free and easygoing
The hotel's location is excellent! It's not far from the city/attractions, and a taxi ride is quick (for example, to [nearby attraction], it's a 15-minute drive). The hotel has its own parking lot (you can see the entrance in Photo 4), making it convenient for those driving. If you're catching a flight, you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange a taxi; the price is transparent, and the driver will thoughtfully remind you about traffic conditions, so there's no need to worry about transportation.
đ° Value for Money: Worth every penny, experience far exceeded budget
Compared to other beachfront resorts in the same category, the prices here are truly reasonable! The rooms are spacious and bright (wooden ceilings + large floor-to-ceiling windows, excellent lighting), facilities are new and well-maintained, and there are free daily special activities (like evening poolside parties, handicraft classes). With the attentive dining service and beautiful environment, the cost per person per day provides an all-inclusive comfortable experience covering 'food, accommodation, transportation, and activities.' The value for money is simply perfect!
đ Summary: Will definitely come again!
From the thoughtful service details, delicious dining, and healing environment, to the refreshing pool, convenient transportation, and incredible value for money, this hotel perfectly embodies the meaning of 'vacation.' Whether it's for a couple's honeymoon, a family trip, or a gathering with friends, this place can fulfill all your tropical holiday dreams. We've already made plans with friends to come back next year and experience the things we missed (like SPA and cycling around the area)!
(PS: Photo 9 is a mobile phone shot of the pool at dusk; the view on screen is as beautiful as in reality. I strongly recommend guests take more photos and keep memories~)

Loved my stay at Ma Doo Bua Stay. The room was clean, breakfast was great (better than other hotels), and the staff were very polite. But the main thing is, this place is incredibly beautiful! There are professional photographers with drones who can take amazing aerial photos and videos for only 1500 baht. It's definitely worth coming here just for the pictures! Another plus is their own cafe with various food options on site. Highly recommend!

I don't understand the glowing reviews I read before arriving at this hotel. Here are the downsides I want to highlight:
1. The towels seemed either unwashed or overused, and certainly didn't smell clean. Over our 4-day stay, it was impossible to tell if the towels had been changed or if they just refolded our old ones.
2. It was advertised as having a kitchen. As an athlete, calorie counting is important to me. There was no kitchen, just a microwave, a fridge, and some plates and spoons. I was disappointed. There was definitely enough space to install a proper kitchenette. What's more, there wasn't even a knife to cut fruit for breakfast.
3. The fact that beach towels cost extra was a huge disappointment. It's nonsensical. Two towels cost 180 baht; it would be easier to just buy a beach mat. Considering point 1 (the seemingly unwashed towels in the room), this was very frustrating.
4. I wasn't keen on the location; it was far from everything. However, this wasn't a major issue since we always had a scooter.
Pros: Cleanliness, spacious room, a 24-hour grocery store with a great selection near the hotel, comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets, good mirror.

Very clean, spacious room with big bed. Great view. No laundry service, very far from the center we had to drive everywhere at least 30-40 mins. Great 7 eleven nearby.

In general, the hotel was really good. I especially liked the staff â they were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and always quiet. The location is also great because the hotel is about 100 meters away from the road, so you can hardly hear the noise from motorbikes.

Everything is great! We liked everything! We stayed for two nights! The hotel is close to the jungle, so the sounds of nature will always be there!) The house is clean, a large soft bed, water in the fridge, a good shower, fresh repairs, the house itself is good, but the entrance doors and bathrooms are ordinary wooden and you should not expect soundproofing from them) Otherwise, everything is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! They checked us in early without any problems! It is advisable to have a scooter, since the nearest cafe or supermarket is a decent walk away) I recommend!đđť

This hotel left us with nothing but warm memories. Everything here was wonderful! The breakfasts were excellent and varied, always offering meat, a side dish, salad, soup, delicious pastries, and fruit. The pool was a dream, absolutely spotless. The rooms were clean and fresh, with everything you could need. They were cleaned daily, and the service was top-notch. There's a shuttle to and from the beach, or it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk. The beach, like the hotel itself, is quiet and peaceful.
Surprisingly, the hotel restaurant's menu was quite affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't recommend the local cafes; their prices are higher, and the food might not be to your taste.
The only things missing were basic slippers and a bathrobe in the room. We had to use a towel on the floor instead.

Good atmosphere Private lock arrangement, spacious room, comfortable bed, there is a desk to sit and work. Stay when it rains heavily. But there is an umbrella to borrow. Overall, okay, it's close to the place to come to work.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is a bit too remote. At night, the road outside the hotel is completely dark, so you're pretty much limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. However, you need reservations for dinner, and during Chinese New Year, it was impossible to get one. We ended up ordering takeout (though options were limited, and you had to pick it up yourself from the front desk). While there's a beach, the waves were too strong to really swim. The service, however, was excellent. We only booked this hotel because we were going to Similan the next day. P.S. Similan isn't worth it unless you're deep diving; snorkeling and a day trip are definitely not worth it.
GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said âhi may I know what type of room I bookedâ then they said âking bed Hill Villaâ I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I donât want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course thatâs not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied âsorry sir because this is another departmentâ To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered âsir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would likeâ I thought amazing thatâs service; next day I went âSIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEEâ after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be âhigh endâ but there are many improvements that can be made
Sorry for the long review but I was not too impressed
ZZhubagongzimianThis hotel seems to be less frequented by Chinese tourists. During my three-day stay, I only saw about four Chinese guests, while the Sheraton next door was packed with them. The hotel has an old-school Western resort vibe, with spacious rooms and a large enough pool, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I probably got lucky with the price this time, under 600 a night, which was a real bargain. The only significant drawback was the breakfast; the food options were limited, and the service needed improvement. However, for someone like me who can't wake up early, it wasn't a big deal.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's right on the beach, with a 7-Eleven and laundry service just a 5-minute walk away. It's also only about a 10-20 minute walk to Jungceylon. It's convenient yet quiet enough at night. I originally booked a garden view room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a sunset garden view upon check-in. The room was spacious and well-laid out, with a sofa and a desk. The bathroom was large and clean, and the balcony had two lounge chairs, giving it a great vacation feel while staying at the hotel. Overall, I think it's pretty good, a bit like a Wyndham or Shangri-La in China. While it's not overly luxurious, at this price, what more could you ask for? I'd definitely book again if the price is right next time.
**Facilities:** The room facilities are complete. Although a bit old, they are well-maintained. The cushions on the balcony lounge chairs were slightly worn but didn't affect their use.
**Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy, meeting 5-star standards.
**Environment:** The hotel consists of roughly three buildings flanking two pools, making it ideal for a 'staycation.' The beach is right outside, and there's a restaurant near the sea with live band performances in the evenings.
**Service:** It seems a bit understaffed, but generally, the attitude was good. Basic services like luggage assistance and cleaning were all handled well.
GGuest UserďżźWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. ďżźďżź
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughterâs talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.
SShishinonoOur stay at Cassia Phuket was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft Room, and the view of the lagoon and the beach from our room was simply breathtaking â it felt like waking up in a postcard every morning.
The hotelâs location is perfect, with direct access to both the lagoon and the beach. One of our favorite parts was the complimentary ferry that takes guests across the lagoon to the beach every 20 minutes â such a fun and convenient touch that made getting around effortless.
The atmosphere at Cassia is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The modern design of the rooms, the lively community spaces, and the stunning natural surroundings made our stay unforgettable not to forget mentioning pet friendly hotel.
Cassia Phuket truly captures the best of relaxation, style, and island charm!
DDonăăMy first time staying at a deck dorm style. The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other âI am sleepingâ rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down đŞ
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect đđ
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.
SsaiudnThe staff were really welcoming upon arrival, with a drink and fresh towel to cool down. I was given a twin room but the staff kindly put the beds together immediately. The mattress and pillows were so soft and I slept comfortably. One small faul is that there was no remote control for the AC, so I did have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the settings.
Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach â just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious.
Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions.
We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning.
Highlights:
¡ Exceptional, friendly staff
¡ Beautiful, clean rooms with great views
¡ Excellent pool and amenities
¡ Delicious and varied breakfast
MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curryâs). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (itâs not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small childrenâs playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches donât have. If youâre not coming to snorkel and see fish, itâs a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because youâre on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the viewâs spectacular. The west side beaches youâre looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but youâre stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldnât get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel donât stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip⌠the beach is ok.
-No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels
-the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r
