"I stayed at The Beach Heights Resort for 3 days and 2 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities, along with a large balcony. The hotel also offers good facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and kids' room. The location is very convenient, with Kata Night Market, 7-Eleven, KFC, laundry services, massage shops, salons, and many restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kata area."

"Incredibly courteous and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and a huge choice of dishes for breakfast. Pool was fabulous and not too busy. On the downside, the hotel is located a little too distant from the beach....to start the walk one has to cross a very busy main road and then it is about 25 mins to town. Doesn't sound like much but in 34C heat, there and back, it is noticeable! There is a hotel shuttle but the last lift back is 6.30pm. Aside from location, this is a super value for money hotel."

"Everything was actually perfect. The cleaning lady was amazing and did her job properly. The only thing I can put a finger on was the water pressure. I asked after one day stay to get it fixed but nobody came so I used the shower at the swimming pool instead. But I liked the hotel. It was nice and tidy. Thank you for a nice stay 🙏"

"This is a wonderful hotel; we've stayed here two years in a row. Our first visit was in April 2025, and we returned in April 2026. The hotel has a very convenient location and incredibly lush, well-maintained grounds. It's situated on a hill between Kata and Karon, slightly closer to Kata. It's about a 10-minute walk to Karon and a 5-minute walk to Kata. The hill leading up to the hotel is quite steep, but we rented a motorbike so it wasn't an issue. We also walked up it fine. However, I think it might be challenging for those who aren't used to such inclines. There's a shuttle service that takes you up the hill. Both Karon and Kata beaches are accessible. Everything is close by – shops, markets. All amenities are within reach. The hotel's grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery and a lovely garden. There are 3 pools and a large property. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes. Of course, after two weeks, they can get a bit repetitive, but I think that's generally the case at most hotels of this caliber. The Peach Blossom hotel has a decent kids' play area (guests staying at Peach Hill can use it and also have breakfast there). The views from breakfast are stunning, overlooking the hills! We had a deluxe room. We liked everything; the room was spacious, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was good, the plumbing worked perfectly, and there was always hot water. The pillows were uncomfortable, but they were replaced without any problem when we asked. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning was good. Towels were also changed every day. This is our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back again!"

"We booked for 2 days, and ended up staying for another 2 days. We chose the two-bedroom option without breakfast. The room had pool towels, a microwave, and a small stovetop, so you could cook your own meals if you wanted to. Housekeeping was daily, and each room had air conditioning, which was very convenient. There was a view of a construction site, but we didn't mind it, and it wasn't particularly noisy at night."

"Pros: - Spotlessly clean white linens and a clean room. - Tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, shower caps, cotton swabs, and water replenished daily. - Beautiful view from the room; if a balcony room is available, it's definitely worth getting. - Towels provided for both the pool and the beach. - There's an elevator in the hotel. - A cafe on the ground floor offers dining options. - The pool is supposed to close at 6 PM, but we found it still open at 8 PM. Cons: - It's a 20-minute walk to the sea. - Room 505 felt a bit old, and we could hear some kind of equipment turning on and off all night. - The price in February was 5,000 rubles per night, which seemed a bit expensive for this hotel."

"This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love the staff – everyone is incredibly responsive. I had a late check-in, at 2 AM, but the front desk operates 24/7. They kindly waited for me at reception and personally escorted me straight to my room, which was really sweet. 🥹 The housekeeping is top-notch (5+), the maids really put in a lot of effort. The hotel had some cosmetic renovations going on, but it didn't disrupt my stay at all, no construction noise whatsoever. On the contrary, everything felt clean and fresh. The hotel offers breakfast, but I often visited the hotel's coffee shop, Cup Sea ☕️, which also has very friendly staff and delicious food! This is an excellent hotel, I highly recommend it! 👍🏻"

"The owners are Chinese, so communication was very easy. There's a night market right across from the hotel, and the prices are really reasonable. The hotel breakfast was good too. The location is super convenient; it's easy to get to Rawai Seafood Market or Chalong Pier in the morning. We felt right at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Phuket."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 25-day stay here. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and we received 2 bottles of water and toiletries each day. The location is great, not noisy at all. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel, so it never felt crowded. The rooms are modern and have everything you need for a long stay."
