Po. R.The front office staff provided excellent service during check-in and clearly explained the hotel information. The room was not as old as expected, it was spacious, and the hotel is located right on the beach—quiet and perfect for relaxation.
However, the swimming pool was not clean, with leaves floating in it.
Overall, the stay was good, but I was disappointed during check-out. After I had already left the hotel and was making a U-turn to head home, a security guard stopped my car to ask for a transfer slip for the melon water charge. The front office staff had asked him to do this.
(Can recheck CCTV)
I believe the staff should double-check all documents more carefully before guests leave, rather than asking for payment proof afterward. Fortunately, the security guard was polite and humble.
Please consider improving how the front office handles and resolves such situations.

Maik_AII stayed at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort during the rainy season, and I have to say — it was a great experience!
Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine. There were not so many rainy days, and even when it rained, it often passed quickly, leaving the air fresh and the nature even greener.
One of the big advantages of this time of year is the peace and space — fewer tourists, a calmer atmosphere, and more opportunities to enjoy the beach almost to yourself. And of course, the prices during the low season are much more attractive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
So if you’ve ever doubted visiting Thailand during the rainy season, I can honestly recommend it — especially here at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort. You might just discover it’s the perfect time for you!

”The location is unbeatable, situated right on the beautiful Memories Beach. It’s an absolute dream for outdoor enthusiasts—I spent my days surfing, running along the shore, and chilling by the pool. I also loved that I didn’t have to leave the property for good food; having Thai, Italian, and a cute coffee shop on-site was so convenient. Above all, the staff were so welcoming and provided world-class hospitality. Highly recommend!”

Love balance lifeAn absolutely delightful and immensely satisfying experience!
This hotel has become my personal favorite and a top contender for future vacations. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout Thailand, visiting various regions, and this place truly stands out as number one in our hearts 🥇.
First and foremost, its location is perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more serene vacation style. The hotel feels like a hidden paradise. Although it's an 80-minute drive from Phuket International Airport, it's absolutely worth it. You're away from the bustling tourist crowds, escaping the noise to face the ocean and tranquility directly. The resort's private beach offers an exclusive location where you can take leisurely strolls and capture stunning 360-degree photos without any other people in the background.
Secondly, the entire resort, from its beautiful entrance, lotus ponds, and charming courtyard corridors, instantly calms your mind and makes you fall in love with this garden wonderland. The visually stunning environment is captivating, evoking a sense of awe and pure joy.
Thirdly, stepping into the room – wow, it's just perfect! The room is bright and spacious, with two floor-to-ceiling glass walls that bring the stunning outdoor scenery right in. The bathroom features a double vanity, a huge bathtub, and a well-designed wet/dry separation, with the toilet and shower areas each having their own space without interference. There's also ample open space in the middle, perfect for a morning stretch. All my skincare and toiletries fit easily without looking cluttered. The large-screen TV offers plenty of satellite channels. The balcony is generously sized with pleasant views.
Fourthly, the resort's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. And the view is absolutely exquisite! Enjoying delicious food while surrounded by beautiful scenery means every day starts with such a feeling of happiness – it’s truly incredible value.
Fifthly, the resort boasts a gym, swimming pool, spa, beachfront bar and restaurant, kids' club, and beach, all offering a rich array of activities and delightful surprises.
Although the hotel is quite a distance from the airport, you can contact them in advance to arrange a paid airport transfer. The price is reasonable, and the service is excellent. Additionally, the car rental owner outside the hotel is fantastic, with very friendly prices. I highly recommend contacting him for his services (his sign is included in the attached photos). The small restaurants near the hotel also offer fair prices and delicious food. There's one roadside eatery run by a single mother; while the wait might be a bit long, the taste and portion sizes are absolutely satisfying. Although there aren't many shops nearby, they are sufficient to meet your needs, ensuring you won't be disappointed and can enjoy your spending.
Finally, my personal stay was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to experience it. However, even during Thailand's rainy season and low tourist season, rooms fill up quickly, so I advise booking early. I hope you'll also have a pleasant and invigorating experience.

Traveling during the off-season offered great value for money. The facilities are comprehensive, with a private beach that hosts several affordable restaurants and massage shops. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly. We even got an upgrade to a room with direct access to a small pool, which was very convenient.

The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed walking to Nang Thong Beach along a dirt road through the abandoned hotel grounds and forest. There you'll see hens and chicks, roosters, cows, and coconut palms. Breakfasts are monotonous. The rooms are large and spacious. There's plenty of seating—two rattan armchairs, two chairs, and a stool—a rarity in Thailand. There's a large TV where you can watch your own movies from a USB drive. There's hot water!
I loved everything.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a clean and uncrowded beach right outside. It boasts a 2.4 km long interconnected swimming pool, numerous children's play facilities, and a wide array of kids' activities. You can even feed animals in the hotel garden. After checking out, we used the late check-out lounge, which was perfect for resting before our late-night flight.
Getting to the Similan Islands departure pier only takes 25 minutes by car, so you can easily sleep in before heading out.
However, there are some downsides: both check-in and restaurant service require basic English. While you can use translation software if your English isn't strong, it does detract from the overall experience.

Guest UserAn old but generally pleasant hotel. We stayed for two nights. My son absolutely loved the room with arcade games and a console. The breakfast selection was diverse. The only downside is the beach isn't great – it's shell-covered with strong waves, making it unsuitable for swimming. Otherwise, it's worth considering.

Anonymous UserI stayed at Pullman Khao Lak Resort, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully designed with a relaxing beachfront atmosphere, spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. The facilities are impressive — a large pool, well‑maintained gardens, and plenty of areas to unwind.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway while still offering easy access to nearby attractions.
Overall, Pullman Khao Lak Resort is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and high‑quality service. You can explore more through hotel details or check nearby attractions.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is interesting. We had a sea view room (though the lawn in front of the sea, which belongs to the hotel, was a bit unkempt). The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and the balcony was great too.
The pool is open until 10 PM, and there's a water cooler in the common hallway, so no issues with water. Breakfasts were tasty, and the staff were polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
Regarding the negatives: upon check-in, we found a huge cockroach on the curtain. How it could have been missed when preparing the room is a mystery. We didn't make a fuss; we just caught the cockroach ourselves and released it onto the lawn (there were two in total), oh well, these things happen.
The biggest drawback, which overshadowed all the positives, was the non-functional air conditioning system. It's a central system, and it seems like maintenance has been completely neglected. When we contacted reception, an engineer came up and showed us how to adjust it (only two modes: 22°C and 21°C; other temperature settings didn't work). The room was 29°C. The AC blew slightly but didn't cool.
Because of this, we canceled our extended booking and moved to a proper hotel with a working air conditioner. And where the AC unit draws air, there was a thick layer of dust...
The hotel itself is great, but the air conditioning, or rather its lack of proper function, ruined everything.
