It's really hard to find a room in Khao Yai during high season, as most places are expensive, but this hotel was reasonably priced and included breakfast. I was super impressed with the breakfast because my partner and I are picky eaters, but they had everything from Thai to European dishes. The hotel is located in Khao Lak, not far from the beach. It's just a 5-minute walk to a private beach, which I loved because it was convenient for getting around and close to restaurants with a good atmosphere. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious. Overall, I really liked it and will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes in town. There are also plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, which is very convenient. The service is exceptional; they promptly helped us change rooms when we weren't happy with the first one. It has two swimming pools, and the breakfast selection is quite diverse. We're very satisfied with everything.

Good Hotel in the good location, I arrive around midnight and still feel warmly welcome. However, the toothbrush and toothpaste was not provided in my room. I’m not sure whether the hotel not provided in general or they just forget to place in my room.  breakfast is good comparing to the price I paid.

We book early morning and visit this place in the evening , very warm welcome from RECEPTION but I am so sorry for remembering her name . Have only 1 reception for this time . This hotel is very comfortable and peaceful for relax, not traffic from everything we liked it. Next morning we have breakfast, the breakfast is very fantastic and has staff only 3 people good service , smile and good take care. ABF has a lot of choice it perfect . I think I will come back again. THANK YOU FOR GOOD SERVICE

We have just finished spending five nights at the Leaf on Sands and we absolutely loved it. We stayed with our two children in adjacent rooms and we were both lucky enough to have upstairs rooms overlooking the quiet pool. The breakfast were great and the location was fantastic with only a couple of minutes walk to the main *****. We can highly recommend the leaf on sands as a great family destination.

Overall is a good place to stay at and we would recommend it. The hotel is a bit old style, but the property is very clean, well kept and quiet. The garden is very big, beautiful and peaceful. It has 2 pools with enough sun beds and umbrellas. We went beginning of tourist season so I guess it would be different if we went a bit later. The gym could use some new machines. For the breakfast it was ok, but I wish they had more vegetarian options for myself, but I managed. Service was great and also the check-in and check-out was fast. The location is right next to a he main road so there are plenty of restaurants around and also the beach is close by. Just need to pass through an alley on the side of their other 5* resort. They can help you organize trips and taxi service also. Unfortunately I only have pictures of the beach on my phone.
