Casacool Hotel

It was great! Very welcoming owner, big room, comfortable bed, fan as well AC, free laundry and a huge and tasty breakfast :)

I spent 5 days in casacool and everything was perfect. They welcoming was amazing, they (all women) made us feel at home, so confortable with they authentic smiles all the time. The Daughter of One of the employees was so sweet and we play a lot during my Stay. The Room was very confortable, silent at night, with a balcony to seat at night. The breakfast was the most amazing thing ever seen. Everyday they bring me a plate full of fruits, althoug i have told them that half of that would BE enough. The breakfast also included egs, as you which, scrumble, omelete, etc, bread, cakes, iougurtes, cereals, etc etc. Sincerely, considering all the aspects, this was my best accommodation In 23 days in Thailand. They were amazing, all of them, they do everything to please their guests, for example, the hotel hás everyday bananas in the reception available for all guests, for free...One of the days i would like to go to the national park, to see the Sandy small beach, and i couldnt find a táxi (that its really difficult in khao lak), and Viviane took me there and pick me up afterwards. Was really really kind from her. The location of casacool is excellent, close to the night market, 15 min walking from the beach, and it is situated in the more authentic part of khao lak, which for me is the best part.

This is the best place I've stayed so far in Thailand. Yes, the rooms are a bit dark, true, but EVERYTHING else is just sooo good, it easily makes up for it. My love goes out to the friendliest landlady on earth and her wonderful staff! The breakfast is otherworldly, especially considering that it's included in the price. 9.5/10. Highly recommended!

One of the most incredible things about Thailand is how friendly and welcoming its people are. Casacool and Kai, the owner, are living proof of this! I felt so well taken care of and welcomed that I extended my stay from 4 to 8 days. The place has everything you need, the staff is efficient and friendly, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and Kai helps you with everything (booking tours, taxis, and even takes you to the beach ;)).
