Yyang119119I returned to this garden resort for another stay. Unfortunately, being the rainy season, most rooms had a strong, musty odor. We had to try several rooms to find one that smelled a bit milder. The hotel does get renovated yearly, preserving its traditional look and feel. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was excellent, as always, and dinner was quite delicious too. It's just a pity that there were no clear blue skies during our visit, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine. There were not so many rainy days, and even when it rained, it often passed quickly, leaving the air fresh and the nature even greener.
One of the big advantages of this time of year is the peace and space — fewer tourists, a calmer atmosphere, and more opportunities to enjoy the beach almost to yourself. And of course, the prices during the low season are much more attractive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
So if you’ve ever doubted visiting Thailand during the rainy season, I can honestly recommend it — especially here at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort. You might just discover it’s the perfect time for you!

The staff went above and beyond throughout my entire stay—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness truly made the experience unforgettable.
The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled right by the beach, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether it was watching the sunset or simply enjoying the sound of the ocean, every moment felt special.
The facilities are outstanding and beautifully maintained. From the pools to the rooms and all the shared spaces, everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet welcoming environment.
And the food—simply incredible. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. There was a great variety of options, and everything I tried exceeded expectations.
I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about my stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

GGuest UserI stayed at the resort on June 7th is my birthday and was truly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and exceptional hospitality. The security guard kindly helped me with information about a pharmacy, which I greatly appreciated. During check-in, the lovely lady with long hair provided a warm welcome, while the lobby staff gave clear and comprehensive information about the resort.
A special thank you to Prem, who explained everything so well and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would also like to recognize the bellman (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) who was always smiling, friendly, and incredibly polite.
The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were wonderful at recommending menu items. The dinner experience was made even more memorable by the impressive fire show in the evening. Both swimming pools were absolutely beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.
I was genuinely impressed by everything and my only regret is that I booked just one night. I wish I could have stayed longer! Without a doubt, I will be returning in the future and look forward to experiencing your wonderful hospitality again.

MMr. FincherA wonderful hotel — everything feels brand new and maintained to the highest standard. The staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are excellent, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the breakfasts are very good.
If I really wanted to find something to complain about, I could mention that I wanted to rent a bicycle, but the bikes were rusty and not in working condition. But honestly, I did not mind at all, because the hotel itself is truly outstanding.
If you are considering staying here, I would say that in this price range, among five-star hotels, it is probably one of the best — if not the best — in this region.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 7-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed walking to Nang Thong Beach along a dirt road through the abandoned hotel grounds and forest. There you'll see hens and chicks, roosters, cows, and coconut palms. Breakfasts are monotonous. The rooms are large and spacious. There's plenty of seating—two rattan armchairs, two chairs, and a stool—a rarity in Thailand. There's a large TV where you can watch your own movies from a USB drive. There's hot water!

WWeiwei118I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The only downside was the number of flies in the restaurant, especially during the breakfast buffet. While the food selection was good, the flies were quite noticeable and affected the dining experience.
The location is also a little secluded, but it does provide a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service.

Llear87The environment is elegant and close to the sea, with complete facilities. The staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to the port for our yacht in the morning, which was very timely! The room was spacious and quite new.

But,
1. The room soundproof is bad, i can hear someone walking outside the corridor & even i stay at 4 floor i can here people talking loudly in the late night at the lobby… the sound travel through the staircase up.
2. Overall breakfast was good.
3. This is a non smoking hotel, but the smoke detector in the room are covered, during check out i did ask the reception staff. They just ignore my question on their Fire Alarm System.
Above is not complain, is just my comments.

MMariaNajaGenerally, I find hotels in Khao Lak to be overpriced for what you get.
There weren't enough sunbeds on the beach, but perhaps there are regulations limiting the number allowed in the large area in front of the hotel.
The bathroom windows were covered in greasy fingerprints, and the shower glass was so cloudy from limescale you could barely see through it.
The room itself was spacious though, with comfortable beds.
There are good dining options very close by, as well as a small convenience store and laundry service.
