"Brand new room everything is new, clean, I love the concept of the hotel, beautiful rooftop pool, if you're a gym lover you will love this place equipment is on point, and the drinking water is u limit, staff is super friendly and welcoming, thank you for 2 lady who make my check-in smoothly and accommodated me with everything I request,( sorry I forget your name ) and Mr. Wave who make my check out Smoothly. But I may prefer another location, but yes, HOMA, you got me!!!!"

"Overall, it's acceptable. The room layout is reasonable, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is excellent. They provide all necessary toiletries, which is very convenient. However, the room is on a lower floor, and despite being a 'sea view' room, you can't really see the sea. After exploring, I found that you need to go near the pool to get a good view (see the two attached photos). The front desk staff were friendly and made an effort to help solve problems, which is highly commendable. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the hot dishes changed daily, though the taste might not be to everyone's liking. The hotel's location is good, with many shops and options nearby. The hotel environment is also quite pleasant and relatively quiet, not far from the beach – you can walk there in under 5 minutes."

"I've been to Phuket many times and have pretty much covered Phuket Town and all the main attractions. These days, all I want to do is spa, eat, and drink, and maybe hit up the Cliff Restaurant at Promthep Cape nearby for a photo op. I usually come here to escape the hustle and bustle of concrete jungles and crowds, and this place truly is a secluded haven. It's affordable, and during my May trip, outside of the rainy season, watching the sunrise and sunset from my hotel window each day just made time slow down beautifully."

"I stayed at two hotels in Phuket, the first being Beyond Karon, which honestly had nothing going for it except the view. The second was this one. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I can confidently say that if you don't mind not having the beach, sunset, and waves right outside your door, this place is fantastic. This is the largest hotel I've ever stayed in, with the highest interior space. It's more accurate to describe it as a resort villa. The decor, fountains, pools, and various exotic-style buildings are all very unique. The room facilities and toiletries are very comprehensive, with many thoughtful details, such as umbrellas provided. A particularly nice touch was that the toothpaste wasn't the usual single-use type. The hotel also thoughtfully provided coffee and snacks, and the towels on the bed were folded into little elephants as decorations. Even the Hilton in Bangkok didn't offer such a great experience. The front desk staff speak a little Chinese, and the welcoming staff and older gentlemen at the entrance are very enthusiastic. I highly recommend this place to Chinese travelers."

"The hotel villa is huge and has two swimming pools. We originally thought we couldn't check in until 2 PM, but to our surprise, when we arrived in the morning, the butler was very welcoming and had already prepared our room. The butler gave us a tour of the villa area, and we even got to feed deer and chickens, which was a fun experience like being a farmer! Here, you can enjoy an unparalleled sense of tranquility, and every staff member at the villa is incredibly friendly, quick to resolve any issues. I also have to praise the hotel's banana chips! I bought eight bags to take home. We stayed in two different room types, both very comfortable, and we'd definitely come back given the chance."

"Pros: 1. Room cleaning: The service was excellent and efficient. Rooms were cleaned both in the morning and evening. If the 'do not disturb' sign was on all day, a note was left under the door. 2. Breakfast: Whether we went at 7 AM or 11 AM, there was always a full spread. Fresh pastries, egg dishes, etc. Nothing extraordinary, but you definitely won't leave hungry. 3. Hotel app: You can do everything through it – book spa appointments, request towels, order cocktails by the pool, and more. 4. Pools: They are fantastic, with a very comfortable temperature and always few people. Cons: 1. Some design genius decided it would be a great idea to put a glass partition from the bathroom directly next to the bed (see photo). Am I wrong in assuming that if I were on vacation with my parents, for example, I'd have to lie in bed and watch my mom or dad showering? 2. One evening, we had a power outage (affecting the entire hotel). It lasted about 5 hours. While power was restored to many other hotel buildings after 2 hours, ours remained without electricity. This was late at night, and it was impossible to sleep because the air conditioning wasn't working. I called reception and even went there in person multiple times that night, only to hear excuses that the power would be back on in 10-20 minutes. Ultimately, we didn't get a room where we could sleep until 2 AM! Essentially, I spent half the night trying to resolve this issue with hotel staff. 3. Insects: The hotel is located in a green area, and they do treat the premises for insects. However, the entrance doors have several-centimeter gaps where geckos would crawl in (see photo). Also, the air conditioning unit has an open connection to the outside, allowing a large American cockroach to fly in, which we couldn't get rid of. After our complaints, we were given an electric fumigator, then moved to another room, but found another gecko inside. It wasn't until the third room (around 2 AM) that we found one free of insects. 4. The hotel is undergoing renovations. While details are provided in the app and it didn't really bother anyone, a part of the spa was closed when I wanted to use it. Regarding the location: We left the hotel every day and always had to call a taxi. However, I can't call this a 'con' because we knew about it beforehand and deliberately sought a quiet hotel (which it truly is – quiet and peaceful)."

"Quiet and Comfortable Boutique Retreat, Highly Recommended ”Stayed two nights at Chaykha Retreat Phuket and was generally satisfied. Pros: • The hotel is new and clean, with a simple yet comfortable room design. • The outdoor pool and garden are perfect for relaxation. • Excellent service, with smooth check-in and check-out. • Located in Chalong, which is relatively quieter than Patong Beach. Heads-up: It's a bit of a drive or taxi ride to popular beaches (Kata, Karon, Patong). This hotel is more suitable for those looking for a quiet rest and who don't want to stay in a bustling night market area.”"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money; the room rates are affordable, and it's even more cost-effective for long-term stays. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is clean, and the balcony is large and comfortable. Toiletries are well-stocked, and the in-house coffee is delicious. It's quiet at night, and there's a 7-Eleven not too far away. The surrounding area is full of Muay Thai gyms, affordable massage parlors, and laundromats, making daily life very convenient."

"I had a wonderful stay here and was very impressed with the overall experience. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. 😊 The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a surprisingly large bathroom. The atmosphere was also peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and all the essential amenities were provided. The breakfast was delicious. Although the selection was not very large, the quality was good, and considering the price of the stay, it was definitely great value for money. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and was really impressed with the service, cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay."

"I really liked the hotel; the staff were very polite and friendly. It's great that you can jump straight into the pool from your room, have breakfast by the pool, drink by the pool, smoke, and so on. The hotel is quite quiet, right in the heart of Thai life. There's a 7/11 right next to the hotel, and several bars and cafes nearby with very reasonable prices."
