"This hotel is under rated. The hotel is actually tucked in a residential neighborhood, very clean, close to food areas and 7 eleven is just round the corner. The staff were really nice. The cleaners were polite. The front desk girls, K. Tsa and K. Pin were very helpful to us as tourist and were very very nice! I would definitely come back to this hotel. Its good value for the price! "This is the second time we booked this hotel. Location wise is very convenient, next to Phahon Yothin MRT exit 1. This time we stayed at the next building (newly renovated). Room is bigger and much brighter. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Breakfast variety was very good. Will book again for future trips."

"Absolutely glowing review, not because the facilities are super luxurious, but because it has no major shortcomings and offers excellent value for money. The swimming pool is big enough for swimming, and located on a high floor, offering a vast view and beautiful sunsets. The room is comfortable, breakfast has a wide selection, and the pastry area even has some traditional Thai pastries to enjoy. The dining area is also on a high floor, and if you sit outside, you get a great view of the city. I also observed that there are more European and American travelers here. Upon check-in, you receive a voucher for a welcome drink, which can be redeemed at the bar next to the pool."

"The staff here are incredibly kind, patient and always ready to help. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with a very comfortable bed. A smart TV is provided, the hot water supply works perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable. The whole hotel is very quiet. A 7-Eleven convenience store is just down the street, less than a two-minute walk away. My only small downside: there is only one power outlet in the room, which felt a little strange given how large the room is. There is plenty of storage space available though. One extra note: while the listing advertises free guest laundry, the laundry service actually costs a small fee. It’s not expensive at all, but this detail should be corrected on their listing page. I would happily stay here again."

"The room is spacious and well cleaned everyday. The washing machines and dryers provided is very useful for us and afforable too, 30baht for 9kg and 40baht for 11kg load together with only 10baht for 10mins drying. The nearest BTS station Phahon Yothin 24 is only 5min walk from hotel."
