The property is beautifully landscaped and kept extremely clean. The entire team always has a smile on their face and is incredibly helpful and attentive. "This hotel is incredibly beautiful! Everything is just overflowing with greenery. We felt like we were living in a botanical garden. We had a great bungalow right on the first line, directly in front of the pool, spacious and nice, with a balcony and our own sun loungers. There are three good pools on the property, and its own very beautiful beach. You can swim there, there's practically no waves because of a sand spit running along the entire hotel area. We had some minor complaints, but the staff fixed everything instantly. And we just approached the first staff member we saw with our issues, and everything was resolved right away…👍👍👍 The people working there are very kind and responsive. The breakfasts weren't lavish, but there was enough variety to choose from. The only downside is a lot of steep stairs and intricate labyrinths, but that's also a plus if you view the ups and downs as walks through a garden. There were many elderly people and families with children. My wife and I really loved it; it's now one of our favorite hotels."

It’s perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle and spending quality time alone or with loved ones. The room was spotless, and the little details were thoughtful beyond expectation – from the subtle, pleasant scent of the room and the soft bedding that ensured a comfortable sleep, to the calming view from the balcony. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. It felt less like being a customer and more like staying at a relative’s house where everyone takes excellent care of you. Whenever we needed anything extra, they were always ready to help. Breakfast also exceeded expectations; the food was delicious, ingredients were fresh, and it had a very homely and warm feel. What impressed me most was the complete peace of mind this place offered. It’s not just a beautiful accommodation; it’s a place where you genuinely feel rested. The nighttime ambiance was fantastic – quiet, cool air, listening to soft music while enjoying the view was incredibly soothing. Waking up to natural light was also wonderful. It’s perfect for those looking to relax, take photos, or simply recharge their energy. Overall, it’s another place where I felt like I “made the right choice,” and it’s definitely somewhere I’d want to return to. "Cool, secluded villa, exclusively for couples, no kids allowed. The toilet, bath, and shower are open-concept, without doors, so no privacy there. The beach is great for photos and walks, but not for swimming. The pool is nice, and breakfast was decent."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really love the family room; it's incredibly spacious. Housekeeping, however, leaves a bit to be desired. The floors aren't mopped, only swept, and if you're in the room during cleaning and ask them to come back later, there's no guarantee they will. The breakfasts are decent; we never went hungry. They offer eggs prepared in various ways, soup, noodles, rice, meat, 3-4 types of fruit, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, and cereal. The location is very convenient."

"During the Chinese New Year, hotel prices were outrageous. I unexpectedly booked this hotel, which had very few Chinese guests, and the price was very reasonable. To my surprise, the rooms were quite good, spacious, and both rooms had small balconies. The hotel environment was also nice, with two swimming pools, one by the sea and one outside the villas. The rooms were generally clean, but the air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in a long time; you could see a layer of dust in the vents. The hotel breakfast was a bit disappointing, with not much choice or variety, and no kids' meals, which wasn't very friendly for picky eaters. The hotel is within walking distance of a local restaurant with good reviews (recommended on Xiaohongshu for beautiful sunset views). Although most staff didn't speak Chinese, they were very enthusiastic. Except for one male front desk staff member wearing glasses. When checking in, I mentioned my early flight and was advised to pre-order a breakfast box the day before. However, this staff member kept trying to get me to book a car (a private van costs 700, the hotel charges 1000). I said three times that I wanted to order breakfast, but he acted as if he didn't hear me. It wasn't until I said I wasn't booking a car and just wanted breakfast that he told me to go eat at the restaurant myself! He had a disdainful attitude throughout. I've been to so many countries and so many hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered such terrible service."

"Conveniently located near the Koh Samui Provincial Court and close to the airport, it's a quiet spot, perfect for work trips. It's a bit far from convenience stores though, so it might be tricky without a car. But overall, it's good! I'd definitely stay here again next time. The staff are lovely, very friendly, helpful, and take great care of guests, providing excellent information."

"Lovely hotel on the beach. Stayed in a deluxe family room which was perfect for our needs. Beautiful swimming pool with no issue getting loungers most of the day. We also liked the massages by the beach. We took a Bolt or Grab into Lamai Road in the evening which was around 250 baht each way as more choice of restaurants and shops. 2 min walk along the beach to Hin Ta Hin Yai rocks"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The rooms are lovely, clean, and stylishly decorated with a Muay Thai theme. The pool and outdoor areas, as well as the quiet, clean beach, are well-maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The consistently friendly and helpful staff truly stood out. We also loved that we could book free courses (body stretching, Muay Thai, cooking class, etc.). The spa area is also highly recommended. We rented a scooter through the hotel, and it all went smoothly. One minor point for improvement would be a better-equipped gym. While there is a training room with weights and two treadmills, which is also used for classes, it's not a fully equipped gym if that's something important to you. Overall, simply excellent!"
