"Excellent location. Room was very nice, but the washing line did not work, the water in the bathroom sink took a long time to heat up, the overhead shower had low pressure and the kitchen area did not have any soap or towels. The service was very poor - I informed the reception during check-in that I may need to extend by one day and they said it was no problem. Later they said they are fully booked, but I checked on Trip.com and there was a room available."
"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless and well-maintained.
We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality.
Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation.
We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Inshallah, when we visit Jeddah again, we will definitely stay here once more. 🌟"
"Excellent hotel! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with top-notch services. A special thank you to all the reception staff for their professional and elegant service in handling reservations. Many thanks!"
"I had an average stay at Warwick Jeddah Hotel while visiting with my family. The rooms were decent, and the highlight was the city view from the full wall-sized windows, which really added to the overall experience.
The bathroom was average (3/5) and could benefit from better maintenance. Breakfast was average (3/5) with limited variety for families. Cleanliness was fairly maintained (3.5/5), though some areas could be improved. The location is convenient (3.5/5) and works well for family travel if you have nearby plans.
Overall, it’s an okay option for a short family stay, with the room view being the most memorable aspect of the stay."
"New hotel with very tidy rooms and toilets.
Shower is well prepared.
Kind and helpful receptionists.
Small comment on the basement parking: it is very small and requires more attention if any guest hits other guest’s parked car. Yes already cctv on place but need some organization of the parking itself.
Other than that no negative points.
I stayed in twice few months apart and the hotel remained perfect.
Strongly recommended"
"I've stayed here several time , this time was the worst. Hopefully, it will recover. I couldn't get the service from first call, if I hardly got. I'll stay loyal and wilI go, if able to, stay there. But if the same bad service continue, I'll give up."
"I was very happy to book at Al Shahba Hotel and the high-class treatment at the reception.. The employee Anhar was very nice in dealing and told us about the restaurants around the hotel and the grocery store. The location is excellent and is 20 minutes from the airport. She also brought us an extra blanket upon request. The bed is beautiful and the mattress and pillows are excellent. Only there is a smell coming from the sink and I think that the hotel is renovated but the pipes are not good.. We stayed for one night only because our plane will leave at nine in the morning. A room and a lounge for 350 riyals is an excellent price."
"This hotel is very good and worth staying. This is a brand new hotel, the room is very clean and the service is very warm and friendly. I will stay next time I have the opportunity."
"Everything was excellent. Great service and very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"

Great
GGuest UserConnected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient.
Room is nice and clean, got everything you need.
Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.
RRaykolaBeautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.
GGuest User“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very kind and attentive, and communication was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!”
GGuest UserPerfect location , the guys outside the welcoming guys who take your bag to the room are very friendly , the sea view is a different building you should know that , before you book .
GGuest UserWe stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming.
Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call.
Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message.
Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings.
On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.
GGuest UserI had a good time at the hotel it was a lovely stay
Staff is very kind. Room is bigger and will definitely stay again at the hotel in the future. Smooth access to the room.
IIwan/IkhwanOne Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras.
Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.
AAnonymous UserAll is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them.
It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better.
Thank you so much!
GGuest UserThis seems to be a newly opened hotel.
Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.
YYunisNOur stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcome. also The restaurant was fantastic, and overall the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.”
