"Excellent service and the reception was great. The location is close to everything – services, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The cleanliness is good, and the hotel is lovely."

"This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations."

"A wonderful experience and a fantastic hotel, expertly managed by Mr. Abdullah, who made our stay incredibly smooth. The room was great, much more spacious than many other hotels. I'd like to extend my thanks to the reception staff, especially Ms. Alanoud, for her cooperation, professionalism, and for being an excellent representative of the hotel. My regards to everyone, and we will definitely be visiting again."

"Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it."
