The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.

Nurjuhaida Mohamad ShahirWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Haram, making it very convenient for prayers and daily activities.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options every day.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Kaaba view from our room. It was truly a memorable and special experience that we will always cherish.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

The staff was brilliant from reception to house keeping everyone was so professional and ready to help. Every single person that I dealt with went the extra mile in providing the greatest service ever. I am so glad I stayed here. The breakfast menu was out of this world. Absolutely neat king Abdul aziz gate. As soon as you come out you can see Makkah. Will definitely recommend and will come and back and stay with them

Zia Ullah Zain UllahMy stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day, ensuring everything remained spotless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of storage space, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient.
The hotel’s location was another major advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. In addition, the common areas were tidy and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was helpful for both work and leisure. The overall environment felt safe, calm, and well organized.
Another feature that impressed me was the excellent maintenance of the hotel’s facilities. The lobby was beautifully decorated, the elevators were clean and efficient, and the fitness center was equipped with modern machines. The dining area was spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for meals. Every part of the property reflected a high standard of cleanliness and care, making guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
The staff members were always friendly, courteous, and willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made the stay even more enjoyable. Whether I needed directions, extra amenities, or simple recommendations for local dining, they responded promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism truly stood out and added to the positive experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, service, and value for money. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again in the future and would not hesitate to choose this hotel on my next visit.

SabShaariLove the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Guest UserThe consensus on Pullman Zamzam Makkah highlights a highly practical hotel that trades premium room luxury for unparalleled proximity to the Holy Haram.
🟢 The Good : Proximity: Located directly inside the Abraj Al Bait (Clock Tower) complex, allowing pilgrims to reach the Masjid al-Haram courtyard within a few minutes Agoda.Haram Views: Selecting premium rooms yields remarkable, direct views overlooking the Kaaba and courtyard Pullman Zamzam Makkah.Amenities: Directly connected to a massive shopping mall, retail stores, international food courts, and supermarkets Accor.
🔴 The Bad : Elevator Delays: A dual-lift system forces guests to switch elevators at the main lobby, causing extreme congestion and 30+ minute wait times during major prayer slots.

Anonymous UserPrice: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Eren_SHKThe hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

Guest UserHuge thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Sara! She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
