"Honestly, everything was great in terms of cleanliness, and the restaurant had a nice variety of food. The only thing missing was slippers for the bathroom.
The main issue was the bus schedule. It wasn't punctual at all, especially in the early morning. I asked reception, and they said a bus left at 4:00 and the next one at 5:00. So why do they claim a bus leaves every half hour? Honestly, the bus timings are inaccurate and it's often very late. After sunset, all the other hotel buses were there except for ours, which was over half an hour late. We waited so long! đđť"
"This is a great hotel option during Ramadan in the Holy Land. The hotel is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the lobby is spacious, and the receptionists and staff are very friendly. They offer a shuttle to the terminal, and from there you can take a bus to the Haram for only 8 Riyals. It's located right next to the Holiday Inn. I highly recommend this hotel."
"The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was much appreciated after a long journey.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights, while the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries and maintained pristine by the housekeeping staff.
One of the highlights of our stay was the dining options available. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international cuisine, which made every meal a delightful experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was extensive with a range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs.
The hotel's location is another significant plus. It's conveniently situated close to the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore Makkah without any hassle. The shuttle service to the Haram was punctual and efficient, greatly facilitating our visits for prayers.
Moreover, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine even while traveling. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends.
Overall, I highly recommend Midan Hotel Makkah for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in this holy city. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities truly make it a standout choice. Looking forward to another visit soon!"
"Very good hotel in term of cleaning and stars and value but the only thing annoying is the transportation from hotel to haram ⌠it need to bus to haram as hotel drom you in a location and you have to take another bus which cost you 8 riyal per person"
"Absolutely amazing!
Clean and very helpful.
We had a beautiful room with a great view of the Qatari mosque.
We went during Ramadan, and the main mosque was extremely crowded. So it was ideal that there's a large, beautiful mosque right across from the hotel where we prayed wonderful Taraweeh. We really enjoyed our stay."
"Nice place for stays during the peak seasons like ramadhan, since the price is way more affordable than the others.
The location quite good, even tho itâs little bit far from Masjidil Haram, but they provide free shuttle.
Definitely great option for stay in Makkah
1. The lobby access for the receptionist
2. The hotel itself
3. The latest shuttle schedule
4. View from my room"
"The hotel was amazing. The staff was really helpful. They offered us a empty plates when we needed that we had the food from outside in the hotel. They allow us in the rooms and everything they give us a proper service all the time. The bed sheet is very changed and this provided a bus shuttle to the Haram And the staff at the reception was also very helpful and problem-solving staff. Iâll recommend the people to use this hotel, another one.."
"Customer service was great. Really nice rooms with good facilities. A bit far from Haram but direct bus helped me a lot. Really recommend the place."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.
MMFH Bin HamoodahI stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there
NNurjuhaida Mohamad ShahirWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Haram, making it very convenient for prayers and daily activities.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options every day.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Kaaba view from our room. It was truly a memorable and special experience that we will always cherish.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.
AAnonymous UserThe facilities and amenities are actually good, but the offer of the room type does not actually mathces the description and picture associated. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe
GGuest UserAn absolutely wonderful place to stay with kids and families and right infront of kong Abdul aziz gate and as soon as you come out of the tower you can see Makkah
AAhmed al bulushiThe breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold.
Staff are great and hotel was really nice.
Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner.
This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.
AAnonymous UserPrice: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2â3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.
MMoataz888Iâve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable.
The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well.
The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.
EEren_SHKThe hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful⌠the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station⌠also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23
YYasirSolangiExcellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
