"Didn’t like the location. Far for most leisure/beach or downtown. Maybe good if you have business near. It’s clean but you feel something missing Service can be a bit better. Employees can smile more and be more helpful. Enough amenities for one day stay"

Room was very nice, but the washing line did not work, the water in the bathroom sink took a long time to heat up, the overhead shower had low pressure and the kitchen area did not have any soap or towels. The service was very poor - I informed the reception during check-in that I may need to extend by one day and they said it was no problem. Later they said they are fully booked, but I checked on Trip.com and there was a room available."

"awkward weird one piece shower unit built-in faucet with broken parts fixed with silcon glue, trickle weak warm water flow, tiny entry door. door hard to shut can't fully close to.keep.water in. bad placement on room power shut off hidden behind door.. in room safe don't work. battery dead did not use. towel well used I thought it was shower floor mat because same size. second towel even more worn than first. did not use both. princessly elegant manager friendly staffs for guests. no restaurant inside but small cafe. many outside but not easy walking access due to freeway access."

"Hotels in Jeddah are generally not great value for money, but this one was a real pleasant surprise. The room rate wasn't expensive, yet the facilities were very well-maintained, the room was spacious, and the transportation nearby was convenient."

"The hotel is good and well served, but there are some flaws like parking outside the hotel at a fee, and inside the hotel, the club is not interested, and also like the restaurant tables are not perfect, and there are some sittings on the roof randomly, and the swimming pool is half a meter not possible. Swimming with it."
