The studio is spacious and clean, however the parking is main problem for me, first day I reached I have to park at visitor car park which cost very high for 1st hour RM4 and subsequent hour RM3. Then second day the host gave me the season car park card which I need to pay RM10 per day, this help much as the parking fee is really very higher if park at visitor car park. The location is just walking distance to KLCC which is advantage for the stay here. LRT station also very near around 3 minutes walk🚶

At 4 AM, I was forced to check out from another guesthouse. Ctrip helped me find this place nearby. Around 4 AM, the host messaged me on WeChat, providing check-in instructions. I paid the deposit for two people online via WeChat. In Kuala Lumpur, it's crucial to know how to protect yourself, and staying in a safe place is paramount. I'm here for a business trip, and I need laundry facilities, which is why I chose a guesthouse. Actually, this was the first guesthouse I saw, but my judgment was swayed by a few negative reviews. I ended up staying in a terrible, unsafe place and had no choice but to switch to this one. To my surprise, it's a private unit, and the surroundings are incredibly convenient. Facilities: It's an open-plan studio with a double induction hob, water purifier, basic kitchenware, a Toshiba washing machine, and an Electrolux microwave. What you see is what you get; there's no misrepresentation. Cleanliness: I feel the bedding can't compare to a hotel, perhaps because it doesn't have the large-scale professional laundry services that hotels do. Environment: The landlord put a lot of thought into the room. There are two air conditioners to prevent direct drafts. You can use the living room AC when sleeping and the AC above the TV when doing chores or laundry. If it feels too cold or stuffy, you can open the window and turn on the fan to circulate the air. Service: Online inquiries are answered very quickly. Regarding Chinese service, I'd like to say a few words. If you can't speak basic English, what are you doing traveling? The front desk can speak simple Chinese, but it's not a requirement for them to do so. In places like Malaysia, you need to hire Malay staff to run a business. Besides, small tasks like getting and returning room cards can easily be handled by the front desk staff. For anything else, you can just contact your host online. The hotel's surroundings are incredibly convenient. There's a restaurant downstairs, and around the side of the hotel, there's another 24-hour hawker stall that even has shisha. Living in the Middle East, I found the food at this stall to have a Middle Eastern flavor, and it was quite good. Walking to the main road, you'll find the old financial district of KLCC. I was here to do business at Maybank, which is about a five-minute walk away. Along the way, you'll pass a Starbucks, a Watsons pharmacy and beauty store, and other cafes. If you walk along the main road to the big intersection, the Petronas Twin Towers are on your left. Inside the Twin Towers is a decent shopping mall with many major brands, and the basement has plenty of food and drinks, plus a Southeast Asian pharmacy. The pictures are from when my mom and I checked out. When traveling, especially in Southeast Asian countries, having a washing machine with drying capabilities is extremely important. After checking out, I had already returned to Singapore, and the host refunded the deposit online. They are very trustworthy; they refund deposits immediately after collecting and inspecting the room each day. Thank you very much for helping me when I was in need. Thank you.

I used a voucher I bought earlier, and booked it right away. For the location and the actual experience, it was a good deal. However, it's a bit strange that the regular room rates were also very cheap when I checked later, so the voucher didn't offer a particularly high value for money. Plus, it's difficult to get a refund or exchange, so it's worth comparing prices. Overall, the experience was quite good. The decor is new, the front desk staff are efficient, and the soundproofing is good. The dedicated drinking water tap is a huge plus. However, the TV had no signal when I turned it on, and I tried all the input sources without success. Also, perhaps for environmental reasons, the trash cans don't have liners, so guests who mind might need to put one in themselves.

This is my favorite hotel all the time whenever i come to KL. This is because the location is near to my office, near to restaurants and grocery stores. It is much easier and convenient for the traveller like me to get food. About the cleanliness in the room, i can say it is 6/10. Why? because when I enter the room, I can spot someone's hair on the bed and on the floor as well which it is not cleared properly by the cleaner. There is also some stain on the bedsheets. In this situation, I can say u will get what u paid. With the cheap price in the center of KL, yeahhh u can tolerate a bit if it is for a short stay..

Location: good near to klcc Cleanliness: yes. Suite. Very comfortable for those are looking a stay not just a hotel room. Overall is good. The minor part. Room service not 24hour , if you craving at night. You can order a food from Grab or food panda but you need to wait atleast 60minutes .🤣 . So please standly your food earlier. Staff: bellman 5/5 welcoming you. FO: 3/5 Cafe: 3/5 HK: 3/5 Overall is good but i believe there is room to improve .

Every time I'm in Kuala Lumpur for business, I stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get to all the major malls and restaurants in the city center. The best part is the price, which is very budget-friendly, and the front desk staff all speak Chinese, making check-in a breeze. Of course, the hotel has been open for a while, so many room details are starting to show their age, especially the bathrooms – some even lack doors now, and the toiletries are extremely basic. But for this price in the capital, what more can you ask for? It's definitely the king of value for money!

Overall experience was okay! The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the wifi & Smart TV were functioning well and I got the lower level floor. I agree with the rest of the comments on the lifts’ issue. I saw someone did this hack so I gave it a try although it took forever to get to the lobby. Firstly, you take the lift going up instead of going down to secure a spot which at least you’ll not have to wait forever as once it reaches your floor, it will be full of people inside already 😭 I don’t have any pictures of my room as I forgot to take them & I was already tired but there’s a place that I’ve visited during my stay which is Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad.

This hotel offers an amazing stay experience! The location is super convenient, making dining and getting around effortless. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable for a sound sleep, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they responded promptly to any requests. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful. It's great value for money, and I felt very comfortable staying here. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The place was a bit dirty and furniture was old with stains on. The sofa was tatted. And there is mould in the bathroom and very tight squishy space. But overall it’s as good as it gets with the price. Parking has fees and cleaners only available once a week so if you stay for less than that there will be no cleaners. Shops and convenience stores downstairs from apartment in the same building which is very convenient.

The hotel is quite old, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. The showerhead is an old, wall-mounted type, and the toilet cistern leaks a bit when flushed, but it's still clean. The front desk was okay, and they allowed us to store our luggage. It's very close to the airport bus stop, just across the street. Chinatown is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
