PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur

9.1/10

I highly recommend Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and a chance to pamper themselves. I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to guests’ needs. I stayed in the Collection Club Premier King Room and was extremely satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, making it convenient to explore Bukit Bintang on foot with family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was decent, and the lunch buffet on the second day was especially delicious. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, which I really appreciated. However, my room was located at the end of the floor, right next to the emergency stairs. Although there is a strict no-smoking policy in the rooms, there seemed to be someone smoking either in a nearby room or at the stairwell. Unfortunately, the cigarette smell seeped into my room, which made the stay less comfortable as I am sensitive to smoke. It happens on the second night, luckily my check out day is the next day.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the service quality has noticeably declined. There was only one counter open for check-in, and it was incredibly slow. They eventually opened another counter and pulled people from behind me in line. Even after two days, my check-in was still only recorded for one. The manager even knocked on our door the next day, demanding we check out. The Wi-Fi wasn't stable either, and the staff's attitude was truly arrogant. My first stay earned them a five-star review, but this time, I just can't bring myself to give one.

Had a great night's stay at this Marriott property. The location is excellent—very strategic and just a 5-minute walk to the Monorail. Check-in was smooth, the front desk was informative, and the room was clean with a nice ambiance . Breakfast was a highlight, specifically the omelette ordered from the live station. Cooked by a young Malay lady, it was easily the best omelette I’ve had in a long time—perfectly fluffy and creamy. Management, please share this compliment with her! The rest of the buffet was good, though the cheese platter could use more variety. The gym is also well-maintained, and the Smith machine was a nice touch. A few minor downsides: the ”Smart TV” is outdated with no Netflix or YouTube (only local channels), and no body lotion was provided in the bathroom. Also, the housekeeping staff was chatting quite loudly in the hallways while cleaning other rooms, which slightly takes away from the classy chain hotel experience

For this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time. Thank you so much, Alum, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay

I had a pleasant stay here. The staff personally accompanied me to the room and showed me the way to unlocked the main entrance door with code and access card. Check-in and check-out times are flexible—just inform the owner in advance. The room is clean and new, and the amenities are complete, including soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, slippers, an iron, hairdryer, mirror both in room and bathroom, air conditioner, fan, TV but you need to log in your own Netflix account for entertainment, small fridge, kitchen facilities, an oven, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. They also provide two small bottles of mineral water. Plus, there’s a nice view of the twin towers from the window. Got unpleasant smell from the wardrobe but the owner explained that is for pest control.

The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. There's a famous market nearby, and the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Chowkit Monorail station. There are two towers, North and South, with the pool located in the South tower. They also have a coin laundry. The only downsides are the high price and that they don't explain how to use the facilities to foreign guests. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay with excellent amenities and very helpful staff! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cubic Botanical Suites and were highly satisfied with everything. The suite was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Having a well-equipped kitchen and a large TV was a huge plus, making our stay incredibly comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The service was also excellent. During our stay, I accidentally locked us out because a lock button had been pressed from the inside, making the keycard unusable from the outside. Even though it took about two hours to get a technician to come and open the door, the staff handled the situation very professionally, and we were extremely grateful for their help. Overall, a fantastic place that we highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! 🤗 And the staff are super friendly. They sent me photos with directions before I arrived on the same day, which made it so easy to find. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a two-room suite, which made my trip so much more comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect, directly connected to MixC Mall, making it super convenient to get there. You can see the escalator connecting to MixC Mall as soon as you exit on the 8th floor. In the evenings, you can even catch a mini laser show from your window. I realized I left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, but they took great care of my lost belongings – I'm so grateful! And to top it all off, they gave me a Qingdao magnet as a farewell gift. Thank you so much! 🙏
