"The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from KLCC, and it's situated in a mall with tons of great food options, which is very convenient. The room was alright, but not quite up to the standard of a Hilton back home. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, suitable for polar bears! Even after turning it off for a whole day, the room temperature stayed at 23 degrees. However, when the AC was off, the room got a bit musty, so I had to keep it on. The duvet was also too thin. There were Chinese staff at the front desk, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The room faced the railway tracks, and trains were still passing by at midnight, so I'd advise light sleepers to reconsider. On my floor, the other side was a corridor with no rooms, offering a good view of the Petronas Towers and a nice nightscape. The pool is on the tenth floor, but it's surrounded by tall buildings, and the water temperature wasn't high, making it quite cold to get in. During Kuala Lumpur's rainy season, it's cooler than Beijing, so the pool was pretty much unusable, though foreigners didn't seem to mind the cold—I, however, couldn't handle it. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options, and quite satisfying. Overall, aside from the noise, everything else was pretty decent."

"The hotel's location is excellent, as it's just a short Uber ride from most major attractions, and the Petronas Twin Towers are within walking distance. We made a special request before our stay, but unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated. The hotel also hosts many large tour groups, conventions, and events, which may have contributed to our housekeeping request being overlooked. There is a small rooftop pool, but we weren't able to enjoy it because it was consistently crowded. Pool rules also didn't seem to be strictly enforced, which made the experience feel less hygienic than expected. We dined at the SkyView Restaurant three times during our stay and sampled different dishes each visit. The portions were generous, and the food was generally good, although the steak was quite tough. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, but it mainly caters to halal cuisine, with relatively few Western options. After five mornings, we found the variety somewhat limited, and there were days when we only had watermelon, soup, and coffee. The breakfast area also became very crowded during peak hours. In addition, we noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not thoroughly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the amenities were quite basic. It lacked items such as bath robes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. The towels also appeared well-worn, thin, and in need of replacement."

"Our stay was fantastic! The location is superb, just about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The Chinese-speaking customer service was amazing; they even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, which we loved. The room was well-equipped with full amenities, including a kitchen with an induction cooktop, perfect for preparing simple meals. There's also a washing machine, complete toiletries, and even an iron, which was a great touch. A hairdryer is provided, and each room has two air conditioners. Any requests were promptly handled by the concierge. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable, even the bathroom corners were meticulously cleaned. Downstairs, there's a convenience store for easy shopping, and right across the street, there are delicious Western restaurants and plenty of other dining options. The location is just too convenient! We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit. I highly recommend checking out the pool on the 47th floor; it's absolutely beautiful."

"The lobby was open and the service was decent. Breakfast was delivered right to our room door, and the bottled water was good too. The room was really spacious, easily accommodating four people, which was a big plus! 👍 The location is central, just an 8-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers."

"Very convenient. Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. It also comes with a kitchen, living room, and washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The location is great too, just about a 5-minute drive to KLCC when there’s no traffic. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!"

"Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and had three beds. The only downside was that the bed in the living room felt a bit exposed, lacking privacy, and it could get noisy. While they advertised views of the Petronas Towers, you could only see them from the side. The place was generally clean and tidy, but I did notice a lingering odor, and the carpet didn't seem perfectly clean. If you're particularly sensitive about hygiene, you might want to consider this or request an extra cleaning. "Please be sure to avoid or carefully consider choosing this hotel. The service at this apartment hotel is the worst I have ever encountered. There wasn't a single staff member at the front desk upon arrival, and we had to call or WhatsApp them to get in touch. When we arrived at the lobby and contacted them for check-in, they claimed over the phone that they were on their way. However, we were left stranded for over 20 minutes in what could barely be called a reception area. On top of that, the weather was scorching hot, making the wait absolutely miserable when all we wanted was to get to our room and rest. Finally, their staff strolled in casually to greet us, showing absolutely no apology for being late. The hotel is also quite far from the subway station. Because the local sidewalks are poorly developed, dragging luggage around is very inconvenient. Taking a taxi is highly recommended, though local taxis come with plenty of their own issues. The only saving grace of this hotel is that it comes with a kitchen and a washing machine. The room is also quite spacious, tidy, and clean, making it convenient for long-term travelers. 請一定要避開或慎重選擇這家酒店。這個酒店公寓的服務是我遇過最差的一間，入住前台一個服務人員都沒有，需要致電他們或者使用WhatsApp 聯絡。當我們到達公寓大堂並聯絡他們辦理入住手續，他們在電話聲稱在來的路上，但我們只能在說不上是前台的地方呆等20分鐘以上，加上天氣炎熱，等待的情況非常惡劣，我們只想趕快到房間休息。他們的員工才施施然地走到圖中的地方接待你，並且不會為自己遲到感覺抱歉。酒店離地鐵站較遠，因爲當地的人行道並不完善，拖著行李並不方便，建議叫計程車，但當地計程車也多多問題。 這家酒店唯一比較好就是有廚房，洗衣機，房間面積較大，也很整潔乾淨，方便長住旅客。"

"The hotel's taxi service is very convenient, and its location is close to everything. The Indian staff member speaks basic Chinese. The 300 MYR deposit was returned on the spot after they checked the room. It's best to pay cash for a faster refund, as online refunds might take a few days. The room type itself is spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impressive; I walked barefoot without finding any dust. The rooftop pool is also beautiful, and there's a gym. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I felt completely reassured after my stay."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable for our family. The price was reasonable and definitely worth it for the space we got. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, especially as it’s close to the MRT station, making it easy to explore KL and get around without driving. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families or groups!"

"在這家公寓住了1天，本來是臨時找的落腳點，結果太滿意了，必須給滿分五星，不管出行、居住體驗還是配套設施，全都超出預期，強烈推薦來吉隆坡遊玩的朋友選擇這裏！ 地理位置真的無可替代，步行十分鐘左右就能直達雙子塔、KLCC商場與城市公園，傍晚散步去看雙子塔燈光秀特別方便。樓下大堂自帶便利店，中餐、馬來風味飯店一應俱全，想吃宵夜下樓就能解決，門口對面就有一家淄博燒烤，出門打Grab打車秒接單，去阿羅街、柏威年商圈車程都很短，離輕軌站也不遠，位置極好 公寓大大的落地窗，採光很好，看出去風景也很不錯，衞生打掃得十分細緻，房間配套特別齊全，獨立廚房帶電磁爐、冰箱、凈水機，還有洗衣機帶烘乾功能，洗了衣服直接烘乾，挺方便的，空調製冷效果很好，熱帶住起來完全不悶熱。 最大驚喜，47層無邊泳池可以看到雙子塔，白天拍照清新出片，傍晚看日落、同層還有高空健身房，雖然我不愛運動，但是推薦大家可以去看看，頂樓休閑酒廊適合小坐放鬆。大樓進出刷卡，安全感十足，管家溝通耐心，有問題響應速度很快。還給我們延遲退房了，睡到自然醒，很好。 下次還會再來！"
