"Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The design has a real artistic flair, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view – beautiful both during the day and at sunset. The staff were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was good, and both the common areas and the pool were unique. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it super easy to get around. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur."

"Our stay was fantastic! The location is superb, just about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The Chinese-speaking customer service was amazing; they even upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, which we loved. The room was well-equipped with full amenities, including a kitchen with an induction cooktop, perfect for preparing simple meals. There's also a washing machine, complete toiletries, and even an iron, which was a great touch. A hairdryer is provided, and each room has two air conditioners. Any requests were promptly handled by the concierge. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable, even the bathroom corners were meticulously cleaned. Downstairs, there's a convenience store for easy shopping, and right across the street, there are delicious Western restaurants and plenty of other dining options. The location is just too convenient! We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit. I highly recommend checking out the pool on the 47th floor; it's absolutely beautiful."

"Great location, with a metro station right downstairs, although we mostly used Grab. Plenty of food and drink options in the mall downstairs, but the famous Wah Yang Ice Room was a bit disappointing. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered views of both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The room facilities were a bit dated, but overall perfectly functional. Excellent value for money."

"Let's start with breakfast: they offer local Nasi Lemak (coconut rice) with noodles (lots of vegetables) and Indian curry (different from what you find in China, with a slightly pungent smell). The Western breakfast options were decent. We booked three rooms through Trip.com, but one was booked incorrectly. The front desk upgraded us to a suite for an additional fee, which was a very pleasant experience overall. The pool was nice; it was a bit cloudy when we went, so it might be even better at night or on a sunny day. It's a saltwater pool with very clear water and wasn't crowded. The hotel is a bit further from the Petronas Towers, but it's quieter. A taxi to the Towers costs around 20-something MYR, which is excellent value for money. Overall, we were satisfied."

"My stay was fairly average. The hotel has a good location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy upon arrival, but some areas could have been cleaner and better maintained. The mattress was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my preference. The bathroom was functional but showed signs of age, and a few amenities were missing. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but the quality was just average. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for a short stay, but a few improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities would make the experience much more enjoyable."

"Had a wonderful stay at Arte Mont Kiara during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for the three of us. The interior design was modern and stylish, making the stay feel cozy yet luxurious at the same time. The location was convenient with easy access to food and nearby attractions, while the facilities and overall atmosphere made the trip even more enjoyable. Great for friends or small groups traveling together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again in the future."

"The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a convenience store and a small supermarket downstairs. There are also many Chinese, Korean, and Japanese restaurants nearby, plus local Malay snacks or KFC if you prefer. Kids can enjoy the swimming pool. However, the hotel's service could be improved, for instance, by adding Chinese-speaking staff and being more flexible with guest requests on certain details."

"The location and spaciousness were great for our family, everything else was good too, but the bell boy service could use some improvement. When we were unloading our luggage, they asked us to move our car even though I had already parked it on the side to let other cars pass. The bell boy didn't help us, which is fine, but they could have at least let us get our luggage out before asking us to move the car. It seemed like they had a bit of an attitude and low EQ. Otherwise, everything would have been perfect, and the front desk reception was great!"

"Just be aware that there's no one at the reception desk. There was no key in the locker, and we had to wait two hours for them to resolve the issue and find us a room. Because of this, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM. They take a 200 local currency deposit. But the pool is good, and so is the view from the window. The room has a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board."
