Convenient access to mid valley mall, which is why we choose this hotel each time we are at KL. We need worry about being under the weather’s mercy because there’s a connecting door to the mall. We did not have breakfast with the hotel as with the mall next door, we already have several options. The room is small and may not be easy to walk around for those who are bigger in built. We can make do with the size as we spent most of our time outdoors and all we need to return to is a comfortable bed and a warm shower with good water pressure, which this hotel checks the boxes. Also, this room comes with a ceiling fan that helps circulate the air well.

Great location — the hotel is directly above Mid Valley Megamall, so it’s very convenient to access the mall without going outdoors. We stayed 3 nights with our kid and could easily go downstairs shopping mall to the playground, then back up to rest, and down again for meals.
The hotel is a bit dated and the pool facilities are quite basic, but the water was clean and our child still enjoyed it.
Special thanks to a helpful front desk lady (short hair, slightly chubby — didn’t catch her name). She kindly brought me up to Level 3 to find my husband who got confused the way at car park, then waited while we sorted out our luggage and accompanied us back to check-in counter. Really appreciated her help!

I had such a lovely four night stay here with my mum. At first I thought about requesting a move to a non-interconnecting room, but it turned out to be very quiet and we felt perfectly safe so we happily stayed. Housekeeping came by every day and did a wonderful job, and the front office team made everything so easy for us. Check in and check out were smooth, they kindly allowed us to check out a little later since our flight was in the evening, and they also kept our luggage for a few hours after we left which we really appreciated.
The only small thing that could be improved was the breakfast. There was a nice variety of options, but some of the food did not feel as fresh as it could have been. On our first morning many of the tables still had plates from previous guests, so it took a little while to find a clean table. Aside from that, we truly had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after.

The Grand Hotel offered a pretty standard experience overall. The room was generally clean, though the facilities felt a bit dated. Soundproofing wasn't great, and there was occasional noise at night. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. Staff service was reasonably friendly, and check-in was smooth. Hygiene: Very poor. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and the towels were mismatched—one white, the other so old it had turned yellow. When I pulled back the sheets, I could see stubborn yellow stains and tiny hairs.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station and train station right at the entrance. It's surrounded by high-end office buildings and shopping areas, with a skybridge directly connecting to shops. You can find places like Huayang and Haijiao Ren nearby for food. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy due to the railway downstairs, so light sleepers should be cautious.
Service: The front desk service was good. I didn't experience any other services; don't bother trying to contact them through Trip.com to change towels or rooms.

I had a great experience staying 3 days 2 nights at Imperial Hotel Bangsar. Overall, everything was good. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay because the room was spacious and cozy, which made it very relaxing. The facilities were also satisfactory, and the environment was pleasant. I booked this room because of its reasonable price, and it truly offered everything I was looking for. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station, making it very easy to get around Kuala Lumpur.
The property provides great facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. My room had a great view of the Kuala Lumpur city at night, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It also came with a kitchen (though I didn’t really use it), a refrigerator for cold drinks, a TV, and a comfortable workstation.
Overall, my stay here was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and good value for money

Noticed some stain on the blanket only during my last night, bc it was tucked under the mattress. Ventilation/air circulation in the washroom felt on & off. Cleanliness wise I would say it is a 3.5/5.
Location is fine, but grab rides needed to get to most places. Not much nearby eateries in walking distance other than the hotel restaurant.
Overall it was a good stay, prompt response from their customer support, friendly staff, check in/out was smooth. Didn’t get to use their facilities.

Still a new hotel. Room is comfortable & spacious. Modern feel yet cosy. The bed is comfortable with mattress that gives good back support and choice of soft & firm pillows. Good lighting & air con.
Cleanliness needs improvement. Cleaners are not as detailed & thorough in maintaining consistency in standards of cleaning. Stains in bathroom, missed out toiletries, did not check stained and chipped mugs,etc. The hotel provides water filter machine but water filtered is smelly & is slow in dispensing.
Hotel reception is good with well trained customer service front line staff. My special mention to Ms Husna who has been responsive & helpful to feedback. She followed through with action plans.
I have stayed 15 days here. A nice hotel & my stay had been pleasant.

What really made the stay special was the wonderful service from the entire team. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, the front desk handled our check-in smoothly and kindly, and the buffet staff were always friendly and attentive. Everyone we met made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It really made us feel relaxed and at home. The level of cleanliness was excellent and definitely stood out.
We also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety and was very satisfying. Overall, the experience felt pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming in every way.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We left with great memories and would happily return again in the future.

NNan Zun Phyu We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good variety.
The facilities were a highlight of our stay. The premier gym is spacious and well-equipped, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the sauna is a great addition for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a salon and massage services located on level one.
Another nice perk is the Hard Rock Café on the ground floor, which offers a 15% discount for hotel guests when you show your room key.
Most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
As a suggestion, it would be even better if the hotel could include a nail salon in its facilities to provide a more complete wellness experience.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities and service. Will definitely recommend to others and come back to stay here again.

GGuest UserBooked a two-bedroom Twin Towers suite, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing of the executive apartment, along with service standards on par with a star-rated hotel. After looking into the group, I found out it's a well-established chain.
I accidentally left an item behind in the hotel. When I went back the same day to retrieve it, the concierge staff, especially AMIERAL, was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me to find it. My sincere thanks to them!
Given its fantastic location and suitability for family and parent-child vacations, I'll definitely be returning to stay here in the future. I highly recommend it for families with children nearing adulthood or those with two children.
The view is absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed panorama of both the Twin Towers, the tallest building, and the TV tower from a single suite.

KkarmaenlightI stayed in this hotel for the second time, but this time my experience was not the same as first time.
The hotel is good enough actually for the price. But if you want an advice, then I recommend to go for the better room (not a standard room). Delux or premium is just wonderful for it's price. But this time I went for standard and it's so much worse (now I can understand negative reviews on this hotel: that all comes from a standard room experience). Well, the room is okay, but really, in KL there are so many options to stay that the standard room looks poor and old. It's quite small also. Better type of the rooms are not much expensive but it's big and much much better. So I really suggest to upgrade the room and to have a great experience of stay rather than save a few dollars and to stay in standard room.
The location of the hotel is central and this makes it very much worthy anyway. Petronas towers just 15 minutes walk. River of life is also not far away. It's a good central location, no doubts.
Cleaning of the room is good. Every day someone comes to clean the room, to give some water bottles and to change the towels. They change bedsheets every two days.
There is an AC in the room but it seems to me to be a bit old, so it's not that powerful (even on maximum cool mode). But it works, it was enough for me. It's ok if the weather is not too hot. If it's really hot, I am not sure if this AC is enough. Or it's ok if you don't like when AC is too strong.
The hotel has some problems with insects (though it's not that bad, it felt clean enough, but sometimes you can see). While I stayed there in December and in March, they had something to with it (kinda spray shots as a part of cleaning). If it bothers you, better not to go there. I did feel bad about it. No smell. Just a single shot of spray in the bathroom and that's it. My friend didn't like that it happened at all. But what can they do? The hotel tries its best to keep the building clean. So sometimes there is no other way because insects might come and it's better to prevent it.
I met different managers of the reception and the guy was really good and friendly. And both ladies were not friendly at all. They made me pay the taxes again though it was already included in the price. Then I had to show them the proof that I have already paid it. No apology. On the contrary, she blamed me in her mistake and behaved so much unfriendly that my friend was saddened by it a lot. We got a refund, but really, this was unpleasant. When the guy is there, he smiles and he is happy to held. But not the lady.
Overall, the price of this hotel is cheap and I would recommend it for a location. If you can go for a better room, then it's worthy of staying there. Won't come again in a standard room.
The swimming pool is beautiful and there is almost noone there. It's a plus point. They also have sauna for men and sauna for women. But you have to press the button to make it work in advance (20 minutes before you plan to visit), otherwise it's not hot there (because there are almost no people). You can swim in the pool while it's getting hot there. Sauna and pool are really good there and it's a plus point for this hotel.
Breakfast is average. Actually there are many dishes and it's good enough, but the general impression is just okay okay. Everything is there, I can't say anything bad. But if you are not too fond of having breakfast in hotels and if you prefer to sleep long, then really, you better sleep, it's just an okay breakfast.

GGuest UserEverything was great, except for a few areas for improvement in the bathroom. The room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very quick and helpful in answering questions on WhatsApp. Minor issues were promptly addressed by maintenance. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located downstairs.

GGuest UserFist of all I would like to say my appreciation ti themanager of the Hotel. He provided everthing in the Hotel what we asked.
I would like to leave my comments separately.
1. Location.
Since it is located in the heart of theKuala Lumpur infront of huge city and mountain providies great view just from the hotel.
2. Service.
Stuffs are really friendly and open to help you every second that You never face problem.
＞Sheets, Pillows, Duvet and Curtaion are always clean and have great scent.
＞Floor, Window, Beds, wall and stairs are well painted andcleaned by the people.
＞There are always several clean towels near your bathroom and they wash them daily. in addition bodywash and shampoo is also available. I brought my hygienic stuffs but I didn't use becasue all is provided by the hotel.
＞Althought Malysia is really hot, insideof the Hotel is amzingly cool which provides you great stay there.
＞There are 3 wifi lines just in case, if the hotel filled with a lot of people.
＞Morni;g And Evening view is awsome next to bathroom that you can spend sometime there.
＞If you.want to do your loundry, just near the hotel there are alot of washing machines.
＞ If you need any help regarding to Transportation, Clothes, Gifts, or visiting places they help you a lot.
3. Opportunities near the hotel
＞Hotel is located in really comfortable place if you turn left you can see andhaveyour meals in affordable restaurants cafes and next to hotel located 7 eleven which provides you great affordable stuffs andwhem you turn right you can see really beautiful green hill view that you can see the city easily.
4. People's Manners
There in not possible to be in the noisy spot. Inside the hotal is so silent and quiet. If you make noise the manager warns you to stop to do that.
5. Condition inside the hotel
＞Starting with bed all things sheet duvet and pillows are so so clean and have great thai scent.
＞Next Inside your hotel there is the place where you can charge your phones anddigital devices.
＞Additionally, I never expected this, there is the light inside your bed whoch provides you enought light inside your bed. You can swtch it on and off anytime.
＞ Inside your bed there will also haveline to put your clothes and items on the hunger. Oversll the bed is really big and super comfortable.
＞If yiu have any exlensive and valuable stuffs, they give you the keys of the locker where you can keep anything inside.
＞on the 2 floor there are 2 sofas which focused the view of the gree mountains that you can watch and read book.
＞Besides sofa there are a tabel andtwo chairs on both floors.
＞Inside hotel each floor includes 2 air conditioner which you can sleep well.
6. Outsideof the hotel.
Appearance of the hotel is so colourful and beautiful, where you can enjoy when you come back.
＞Near the window outside there is the small cuty tablle and chairs where you can read books (I saw some books on the tabel) or you can smoke cigorette.
＞There are 2 laundry lines and where you can dry up your clothes andit has several hungers.
6. Personal Advice
Never bring your soup or shampoo since it is provided py the hotel.
Try to bring one clean slipper with yourself to put on while you are inside because your shoes which you use outside is not allowed to put inside.
Be Ready to be shocked that you will se the wonderfull view from the both windows on the 2 floors.
Try to be qiuet and speak with lower voise to not distrub the people inside.
AS I SAID THE STUFF AND PEOPLE THARE ARE SO FRIENDLE AND GENTLE. FOREVER.
