Hotel very close to domestic airport. Walking takes about 15mins. There's complimentary airport shuttle bus in the morning. Last departure at 10am. From domestic airport, need to transfer another shuttle bus located at platform 1 to international airport. Breakfast started serving at 6am which is good for those with early flights. Rooms are clean.

Access: 5 minute walk from the Hakata Hub Station (subway, bus, JR, etc.). Shops: Convenient access to shopping malls such ad Kitte, Amu, etc. 30 second walk to 7-11, Ikkosha ramen shop 2 minute walk. Standard Japanese hotel room. Yes, it’s not big, but perfectly fine. All rooms here are pretty much the same. (Unless if you’re willing to shell out 20k minimum for US brand hotels). If you need big look somewhere else.

Very conveniently located in the Nakasu/Hakata area. Easy walk to the shopping district. Our room was much smaller/tighter than expected. It listed suitable for 4 to stay so i was expecting 2 Twin beds. Instead we had 2 Singles which meant one child had to sleep on the floor. They brought blankets to try to make it more pleasant. The breakfast area is not very big. On days that there were tour groups leaving, it was a wait to get a seat and the food would be finished so fast. There were not enough staff to keep up with refilling the food. Otherwise, the food was actually quite good and enjoyable. They also had complimentary wine during happy hour which we appreciated.

Everything was great, except for the room being a bit small. Having stayed in many Japanese hotels, I'm used to that. The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Hakata Station. Even though it's right by the railway tracks, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and tidy, small but well-equipped with everything you need. It was a thoughtful touch that the front desk provided toiletries, coffee, and tea bags for guests to take freely.

Great value for money, though it's a bit far from the subway station. However, taking a bus is actually quite convenient. Also, the South Asian convenience store clerk at the nearby Lawson has a really poor attitude; I've seen a lot of bad reviews for them on Google Maps. The room was quite spacious, not like the typical Toyoko Inn size, and the amenities were good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is a bit of a walk from Hakata Station, taking over ten minutes on foot, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with luggage. The room temperature was on the high side, feeling quite warm, and we had to pull out the key card at night to cut the power just to get some relief. During our stay, the bed linens were only changed once proactively; extra changes required booking a day in advance. Breakfast variety and quality were pretty average. Overall, it was an unremarkable experience without many surprises. Proceed with caution.

I booked a twin room in the front building. Even with the windows closed, I could sometimes hear traffic outside, and there were often loud motorcycles late at night. It wasn't enough to disturb my sleep, though. The room was very clean and spacious, with two beds and enough room to open two large suitcases, which was great. I also pre-paid for breakfast when booking. Although it was the same for all six days, it was delicious! Every morning, they had roasted beef slices, along with fried chicken or other side dishes. A cup of Japanese coffee or matcha with milk was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, situated between Watanabe-dori and Yakuin stations. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it's a short walk to the Tenjin shopping area. It's a highly recommended hotel!

My overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. While the hotel isn't huge, the room design is incredibly efficient. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently, I could easily lay out two 32-inch suitcases with plenty of space to walk around, which is very spacious for a hotel of this type – it didn't feel cramped at all. The room environment and hygiene were excellent, very clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. What impressed me most was the location; it's right next to Hakata Station, making transfers and getting around extremely convenient and saving a lot of travel time. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, with everything you could want to eat and drink, making it super easy for everyday meals or finding a bite while shopping. The location is truly superior. Service was attentive and thoughtful, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's incredibly convenient for travel, shopping, and dining, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The living experience was excellent, making this one of the most satisfying hotels of my trip. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel has just been renovated and is very close to the Tenjin shopping district, within a 10-minute walk. However, once you step out of the room, you are immediately outdoors (like an outdoor staircase), so those who mind should choose carefully. The room we picked has a small kitchen area, and you can borrow utensils from the front desk for free, which is a nice touch.
